Is the only option to make trading is to download the app? I don't want to be pessimistic but it's hard to trust an anonymous third party app so creating the ability to trade from the web would be a confidence booster.
The fees are not clear, the rate is 1% for each trading, or is it for each trading client, and the withdrawal fees depend on the withdrawal amount? If this is true, for example, if I want to withdraw 1 bitcoin, does this mean that the withdrawal fee is $500?
Below is the platform Powered by Binance? How is KYC not required?

From what I understand the app is the middleman between you and Binance. Hence the logo "Powered by Binance" is in the footer. It looks like a wallet that connects somehow with Binance. I also found a blog post saying the fees depend on the trading pair.
About the KYC not required up to 2 BTC daily. I thought that was the limit that Binance had before(?), but I think I have read that it is for everyone now(?). So I'm wondering how this application can pass that limit.

Your site is severely lacking in information. And not just with the FAQ. There are for example no pages about the terms of use, or privacy policy.
To know the fees, you have to log into the application and simulate a trade to know the fees. You could include this kind of information in the FAQ for example. This is the type of information you want to know BEFORE using a site, not at the last moment.

Most likely they will create an account, verify identity and then manage user requests using APIs through that account or multiple accounts. Such behaviour is against Binance TOS^[1] and I also asked about the fees because they will be higher since they are a third party application that uses one CEXs.
In general, downloading an anonymous application will make it difficult to use, and "KYC not required up to 2 BTC daily" does not seem a sufficient reason.
