Its almost the end of the year. Christmas is here again and everyone is excited and busy with the festive season so much so we forget what Christmas is really about. Christmas is commercial these days. As a result, I decided to start this project "Christmas In the Slums" mainly because I always wanted to help lift my community using crypto. I feel strongly for the homeless because I grew up in a poor family and I know first hand the shame and pain of poverty. Anyways, I went to the market today to buy some food items to hand out. I will be going out Christmas morning to hand out some meals and food items. This will continue till the end of the year 25-31st December 2021. Hopefully we can extend the project. I designed a flyer with some QR codes and the url for the Bitcointalk website to maybe help gain exposure. I also made customized T-shirts for the kids. I plan on expanding this as much as I can and getting the much needed exposure to push the campaign. Funny thing though the driver that drove us to the market told me he is hodling Shiba Inu and wakanda Inu, looking at his appearance one wouldn't think he's educated on crypto. I was so excited I started early and gave him a loaf of bread from the items.
That's the driver. His name is Bardeh. I had an amazing conversation with Bardeh. He was very happy to talk about Bitcoin and he had an open mind to learn. For DonationsBitcoin Address: bc1qjr9d4nsxedakl4u7ytk3z08xn9ugf8unwh3ta5

These kinds of posts make me believe that there are still so many kind people in the world despite all of the bad things and events that has been happening. Humanity is something that should be innate in us. Love, compassion, and kindness really go a very long way, hence we should often practice it because after all, it costs nothing to be empathetic to other people. Your initiative to help those who are in need most especially now that we are still in the middle of a pandemic is something to be proud of. Indeed, Christmas (for those believers and are practicing this occasion) is the season of giving. Bitcoin together with other cryptocurrencies in the market has given us opportunities to grow, make an income, and learn new skills that we could use in our daily lives. With that being said, it is really heartwarming to pay it forward to the community. Giving back to those who are in need as a sign of gratitude for what bitcoin has done in transforming our lives is such a joyful event that anyone would done for.
It's really the little things. Small donation can go a very long way and could mean a lot for those you have extended helped to. Hopefully, by next year I would be able to share my blessings as well to those less fortunate once the market starts pumping again. Please do continue this good work and may your deeds come back tenfolds.
