I believe the Metaverse has a promising future for gambling in particular and I am confident that it will revolutionize the online gambling scene.

Metaverse gambling seems like a gimmick currently to be honest since majority of the gamblers will always prefer the traditional version over the virtual one. It's like FIAT vs crypto basically.

However, this trend could actually reverse if there were cheaper ways to access metaverse gambling which I doubt will ever happen.

Metaverse itself seems like a gimmick. Why would anyone care about the Metaverse when we already had it way before? To me it seems like a marketing scheme from Zuckerberg to make something popular. Same with 3D TVs, remember those? I don't know why we pretend like this is something new and modern.

VR gambling sounds interesting but as mentioned, it is really complicated to code. I prefer the real world version. Its way better.

I certainly agree with this. Metaverse is just being carried by the hype and fame of its creator. It could succeed but I don't think it will be firm in the long run. I haven't heard about VR gambling, to be honest, but it sounds great, and would also love to try it in the future. This kind of new development is what we need these days.

Mark Zuckerberg and his Facebook marketing cronies really are trying to push the Metaverse marketing as much as they can but in the end, its still just something completely unnecessary and probably will fail soon. The reason why I say probably is because I think that Zuckerberg is betting on his fanbase to carry the metaverse and build more innovation in that space. So lets see what they can come up with.

I imagine VR is something similar to the internet in the 80s/90s, few people had internet at that time and nowadays it is totally accessible. I think VR could be something like that.

wow, at first when i saw this image i thought i would laugh, but then i looked at it more calmly and i realized that VR can be something useful to get more milk from cows. Could it be that any scientific research or paper related to this has already been carried out!!?

The purpose of a "virtual reality" game is for a person to experience an immersive reality of seeing/experiencing the fantasy world of magic, combat, war, etc. That is why, most VR games are associated with shooting, sword fighting or magic. Creating a VR game that focuses purely on gambling can be a bit mundane and boring to begin with as it can be easily done if you would just visit a physical casino yourself.

Like what I also previously mentioned, creating a VR game may costs thousands of $$$ to create and I doubt that developers would risk such money to create something that is easily achievable.

It's for their test phase and to see if the demand would be that much high after releasing a limited amount of their supply. But everyone wants to be part of anything that's related to VR and Metaverse so I think it will click somehow.

Yes... I believe this type of technology is an unknown, we don't know if it will really work, but from what I observe in social networks, forums, videos and others, this is a disruptive technology and it has a great chance of working.

Just like the internet "killed" mail, Bitcoin "killed" FIAT money (however reluctant governments are, we all know that crypto is superior to fiat money)... I believe Metaverse and VR will completely change the way we live and interact. (Of course this is my humble opinion).
