I've been talking and yearning about mining crypto for months in my family home and today I got 6 pieces of RTX3060s as Xmas gift from my aunt, the problem now is how to take advantage of this cards to the fullest, we have stable electricity in my country, there are even days without grid at all what can I possibly do in this situation?

Such questions are usually thought of in advance.
If you do not have a stable internet and electricity, then look for a place where it is.

Sell half of the GPU and use the money to build a solar energy with backup battery, mine on sunny days and use backup to mine at nights you will still get your money back on the long run but could take longer if market tumbles in 2022

I assumed aunts getting people iPhones or Macbooks was excessive but this aunt gave him $6K worth of GPUs, maybe I am living in the wrong country.

Either way, if your electricity frequently goes down. You need to get a decent surge protector. Most PSUs have one built in, however you should have a dedicated high quality surge protector for all your GPUs because if you get blackouts from time to time, there is a chance you will end up destroying them.

Congrats and enjoy your gifts.

Your aunt should have known that power grid problems are always bad since she gave you the cards. What she should have added to the package is a one 1800 Watt Online UPS like Eaton 9130 and you would not care at all about power problems anymore.Tell your aunt this and you don't need to do anything else, just get this beast of an UPS,I am running it at work to a big server running the complete PLC to our production, never had any problems with it even when power goes out.

I would forgo the "green energy solution" and just get some huge batteries that can be charged while electricity is available and used while it is not. If you are the technical type you may even be able to DIY a solution using deep cycle batteries for relatively cheap. This also depends on the cost of these types of batteries in your location.

The more the numbers of batteries you have the longer it takes to charge them so how do you intend to do this without sunlight? Sunlight stays around for several hours per day, roughly 8hrs or so that's enough to charge massive battery with the right inverter

That can easily be put,the power adapter of the modem or router used for Internet from your service provider in the UPS I was mentioning in my previous reply, that UPS is enough to power everything and do not care about sunlight, green power or anything else, get that and job done,as easy as 1,2,3.

six cards do  100 watts each so lets say it is a 700 watt power draw.

https://www.provantage.com/cyberpower-ol3000rtxl2un~7CYP909C.htm

this would back it up and your whole network

they have an EBM that would add lots of time

ebm link

https://www.cyberpowersystems.com/product/ups/extended-battery-modules/bp72v60art2u/

1 ups + 1 ebm  you last for 4-6 hours

you can add a lot of these to that ups 10 of them

or 10 of these

 https://www.cyberpowersystems.com/product/ups/extended-battery-modules/bp36v60art2u/

with this one
https://www.provantage.com/cyberpower-ol1500rtxl2u~7CYP900V.htm

so 1044 + 779 = 1823 to run the gpu rig for maybe 2 or 3 hours.

So I do not know  if you buy the small ups with 2 ebms or the bigger one. with 1 ebm

Yes but if the entire power is down in his area most likely his home internet won’t work either. There is usually some station close to his place and if there is no power at all that substation will be down also and he won’t get internet either even if he has backup.

He can try and do backup by using tethering by 4G from his cell provider. However same issue.
If power is down in a wide area, most likely the cell towers will be down also unless it’s far away and he can get a signal to it.

I've been talking and yearning about mining crypto for months in my family home and today I got 6 pieces of RTX3060s as Xmas gift from my aunt, the problem now is how to take advantage of this cards to the fullest, we have stable electricity in my country, there are even days without grid at all what can I possibly do in this situation?
so your aunt got you 6000 dollars worth of electronics as a christmas gift? Is your aunt a saudi prince by any chance?
What can we do if we don't have an aunt like OP's aunt lol? I have a friend whom sister got four Vega 56 for, I got so jealous why my sister isn't like that you can never know how some people's family are when it comes to showing loves

I'd rather have a poor aunt and a stable grid, than to be so arrogant.  Cool
