I have an Avalon 2 that doesn't have a working router. Someone has set it up with a usb cable to connect with a pc so it can run with cgminer. Sometimes is works well but if my computer reboots then it is a real hassle getting the Avalon running again. It almost seems as if the computer can't see it; my other miners (Butterfly labs singles) are seen by the computer just fine, they are indentified (for instance) as COM17 or COM18. But the Avalon doesn't seem to have any COM # assigned to it when it is plugged into the pc. As instructed when I bought it, I used a program called "zadig" to load onto the Avalon 2 a program that causes the Avalon to communicate with the P.C.

My problem I would like to run the Avalon with bfgminer but I can't seem to do it. Any Help?
