I consider Buying also as there are lowering happening , but we cannot see the advantage as the value of  altcoins are staying normal and there are no total dumping that happenings.

I will wait for chances to Sell , but for now I will continue Holding .

I do not believe in a magical year or situational timing to buy bitcoin and altcoin.  I have paid for been overtly optimistic and my portfolio iis down to almost 20% of my initial buy in. 2022  for me is going to be a year where I patiently buy low and lower lows!

the fact magical year happen in several years ago based on history, buying in this year should still generate profits in january or feburary while altcoin season happen. some investment in altcoin didnt work smoothly and maybe its in negative float now , but selling our assets in this condition will make us suffer loss, the choice is cutloss to prevent bigger loss or hold it till get profits.

It depends on what to buy and your plan on the future, we can't just say X coins and Y coins and hope for the best. People will say BTC if you don't know what to buy in cryptocurrency but I do think that for asking is it the best time to sell and buy, you will get "unanswered" questions, it just depends on the event of certain days and how is the market goes.

Buying or wanting to invest in cryptocurrencies does not have to buy cryptocurrencies that are ranked at the top of coinmarketcap,
it can be said to be safe, but it is better to buy coins that are still undervalued, because your investment will really work,

What does "undervalued" actually mean? Your investment won't work sometimes because of how unstable the market is sometimes.

for long time i think current price cheap enough , we are in the middle from top and bottom so risk relatively low if compare with price in few days ago. holding cryptocurrency in bearish market only need patience and do not be panic because it is normal market cycle that regularly happen. moreover we have good fundamental from several countries that start legal standing for bitcoin.

Bitcoin price is currently very stable, so if you say that it's the right time to buy, of course you are not wrong to say that. holding bitcoin for as long as possible until the price we deem appropriate and worthy of profit and just releasing is certainly something to be desired, bitcoin will always continue to increase at least every time they halving.

Actually in someones choice because people do consider on having multiple folds or bigger profits when they do deal with altcoins instead of bitcoin which could only give a few or small profits when they do deal with
established coins.There are people whom do really love to play with fire despite of the risk involved which is something that not really new.For now in speaking with Bitcoin then its a good time to buy honestly
but people are still eyeing for sub or below 30k price but seeing its gradually making out some recovery.On times like this specially on a bear state then this is where risk taking decisions

Not agree, better to invest in small steps while market going down. Doing small guys will not hurt since market won't touch minimum prices in single shot, it takes time for both recovery and crash. Better to buy now since market prices tanked badly.

buying in several step with good money management give us low average if market keep declining. averaging our position in bearish market actualy risky enough if we dont have another stable coin in our bag as buying power when price continuely drop.we are facing huge dumped now which is caused by LFG that selling their bitcoin to pegged ust.
