2022 is the time to buy or sell? If it is time to buy, then which coins or tokens?

In my own opinion, 2022 isn't the right time to sell because the prices of most coins may drop drastically. 2020-2021 is the bullish period, so 2022 seems to be the first year of the bearish season. The bearish probably takes 2-3 years, so 2022-2024 may be a red market. No smart people who sell their tokens in a red market, better to hold than selling for losses.

I prefer to start analyzing some coins to buy, mostly top coins. I cannot suggest to you what coins to buy because it may be very subjective. You are better to follow your own research/analysis.

I am more familiar on the coins that you mentioned than to his. They can be a little older but they still support metaverse which is still a new project on the crypto space. We are almost halfway through this year and prices have still not recovered properly.

We really can't tell if what will happen in the next following month/s or year, we've been like this before and crypto survive and make a huge pump, it's all depends from how investors takes every challenges, there are top coins that being dump like now, moving the same way like how bitcoin is moving right now. If you have spare money and you are willing to wait and hold, those cheap coins are good to save up while waiting for another bounce.
