As you know there are so many factors in buying and selling assets. Not everyday is a good day to buy or sell. I've have an experience being a daily trader and It is not for everyone, Not everyday you can earn a satisfiable profit or can even lose on your trades. It seems that your point of view is on daily trading which is profitable but I guess OP is asking for long term asset investment and he is determining our market situation if it is advisable to buy asset this year or sell. I think that he is trying to maximize his potential profit by following the current cycle like for example this year we experience massive dump on the market and for many of us consider this time to buy and accumulate assets like bitcoin because of it's low price. The lower the price we buy the asset is the higher our profit is.

I think it depends on your own analysis, if it's the right time to buy it doesn't matter, the problem is when the price goes down we don't buy and when the price goes up we get fomo and finally buy when the price is high

Buying at the highest price is certainly not the right decision so we really have to know when it's a good time to buy,
don't FOMO because it will only make us lose,

Bearish season isn't totally bad for us, it is good for adding more coins to our wallets at least. If we have no bearish sason, we have no time to buy crypto coins at very cheap prices. Since Bitcoin and altcoins are decreasing their prices during 2022, all investors have the chance to refill their wallets. TBH, I am quite sad to see my old coins on my wallets, but I am also happy that now I have a lot of coins because I gradually buy more coins in this year.

It is true that the bear market is the right time to buy coins, because many coins are already at their lowest prices right now. But that doesn't mean
all coins are good to buy, let alone the majority of coins in circulation are shitcoins that have the potential to be scams. So we have to be really careful
in choosing coins for investment in 2022, which throughout the year does show a bear trend. It is highly recommended to focus on accumulating
Bitcoin which is proven to have a good track record, so buying Bitcoin in a bear market situation will always be profitable. Moreover, we are able
to be patient holding until the next cycle, it can give us a big enough profit. But that doesn't mean we don't need to invest in altcoins, because
after all investment diversification is important. So if we want to invest in altcoins, my advice is to only choose top altcoins with strong fundamentals,

Right, 2022 is the best time to buy, a lot of my assets I sold in 2021 and I'm happy after selling ETH, BNB, AVAX and so on I got a big profit I think, and now is the time to buy because the majority of cryptocurrencies price is 1/ 3 compared to 2021.

Regarding your question I won't answer it because the decision to buy or sell, is in your own hands, but I think of course we should buy coins or tokens, we should wait for a bear market first, and sell them when the market bull. and if the problem of choosing coins or tokens is on you, of course, what is clear in my opinion is that you have to buy quality coins or tokens.

Looking at the current market developments, 2022 is the year to buy. Charts are more often in red, it shows the market is starting to throw away. Maybe in 2023 market conditions will drop beyond today. This is only an estimate, although we don't want that to happen.
Then what coin is right for investment? BNB has not hit its target in the last bull run. They will start at the next stage with ATH $1k.

i am agree , in this bearish trend we should entering market  cause gold opportunity create in this moment. we didnt courage to take risk , we never got profits in our trade. buy coins that developt something usefull in market and its worth to hold for long term. accumulation phase come in bearish trend so we would not get rekt. for whose selling coins in this season will regret later.

why should you regret it? if it is not sold this year, of course we will experience rekt,
I think people are very lucky if they have sold their altcoins at the beginning of the year,

Buying opportunity is something that cant really be determined because there's no assurance that a particular year would be a bullish or a bearish ones and since this thread had been created in last year

and now the market does show up that bearish movement then it would really be just dumb that you would really be having considerations on having some selling decisions because the price had plummet

out if we do make out some comparison in between those peak times and now we are on almost on the bottom which it would really be that common sense that buying is indeed now the right time.
