Yes, its easy to say but when you are on the actual situation on making a decision on buying then this would be the toughest challenge to have on which you cant really make out decisions

Quarter 1 must be a time for selling. It's better to sell and take a little more than seeing your money gets shattered slowly but like you said no one expects this to happen. There's no way to tell if what can happen next. A lot of us are expecting that the fall on q1 is only lite but it will then recover later on so they refuse to sell.

There might be some kind of a policy on here but it was still up to the person. They still have the rights to do what they want and disobey any rules. We are now in quarter 4 and if there are any opportunities here, that will only be buying since the price is showing a signs of a decline and many of us claims that the bottom is near.
