Well PoW or PoS don't work for low latency applications. Even Solana has cca. 12 s final transaction finality. If you want under 2s finality you need something else.

No. Hard to do as it would allow double spent... It's only possible if government would run it...

Currently not. Might be added for SPAM/DDOS prevention.

No usually just a number. It's for accounting puropeses. So you now what was payed.

We have agreement with payment providers and exchanges.
