I'm very hopeful for the Sandbox metaverse too. I'm excited to have this kind of game on the blockchain and its integration as a metaverse - NFT, so I have an investment in sandbox. When you look now, there are mostly play2earn games and Metaverse projects in my portfolio. I plan to profit from such altcoins, of course, my goal is in the long run.

I have chosen the SAND, Solana, TRON coins and there are still a few more coins which I think are also good examples:

 -Doge is getting more and more fans.
 -BNB
 -ETH

What really has a lot of fans now are ETH, BNB and also Tron, now for Sand I think there are still very few fans and also Dogecoin has started to lose fans even though it is a very old coin in cryptocurrency after Bitcoin.

BTC is still the number one coin in the crypto world that has been around for a long time and that's where ETH starts which is my favorite, although now the transaction fees are very high, but if an eth-based project is sure to succeed..

1- ETH: king of shitcoins. Vitalik did a good job here.
2- XMR: anonymous shitcoin. King of dirty jobs.
3- LTC: The original shitcoin.
4- GRIN: Backed by the bank of Theymos
5- DOGE: Because memes.

I wouldn't put any life savings in any of those ,Eth included, but they are cool assets if you are after a hit and run. (or get hit and dieeeeee)

Happy new year to everyone on the bitcointalk forum. 2021 has been a roller coaster ride. I wish 2022 gives us all subtle gains.
For 2022 my top 5 coins to keep my eye on would be BTC, ETH, SOL, FTM, SAND.
The first 4 are my favorite coins out there. I am not sure about SAND since I have just started following it a day ago.
But if things go right, it might be in the top 5 in my portfolio.

I keep the NEAR coin as it is a young and technological blockchain. He is developing very quickly and I think that he will do a lot of interesting things ahead of him, but he’s not yet on Coinbase, and I think it will definitely appear there in 2022. In addition, his story is very similar to Solana in 2021 ..

I'd go with SAND as well but not others, they are actually good altcoins but we all have our differences isn't it? Here is my own list and mind you this can change in 2022 cos I'm expecting few new projects

There are many good and potentially profitable altcoins, but I am used to the altcoins I mentioned and bitcoin (BTC) will definitely be my top priority that I should own in large quantities.

Edit: 29-12-2021 - after doing some more research I decided to remove KILT.

1. Bitcoin - It’s still the King, always will be.
2. ETH - Solid coin, will still give big profits for years to come.
3. Solana - Has the potential to make huge gains in the long term.
4. Floki Inu - I have a feeling this will explode.
5. DOGE - Still has a big cult following, will pump.

In my opinion, there are not only five cryptos that we can actually hold in 2022, of course with market conditions that are experiencing avalanches at this time we can have a lot of good potential crypto which currently still has low prices, including

other than that, I think there are bags we need to fill with NFT, Ripple, MATIC, RPG protocol and Cifi. I think it will be very interesting to invest there
