I've Decided to Start writing a journal like daily update about icecube45coin https://docs.google.com/document/d/1CO_PS1pjhZMoVKMrWlz17zHgGFCLtBZO8bujm0fZ6fI

Hello!
I decided to create a novelty coin, to joke around with my friends, and just fool around with.
But, I also decided to release it, just for fun.
If you want to mine it, please go ahead and do so.

All the art is handmade, made with the highest tool available: MS Paint

Specifications:

    scrypt
    block target: 30 seconds
    re-target time: 1 hr
    block reward: 100 coins
    total coins: 600,000,000
    RPC Port: 423 (Ice on a phone)
    Connection port: 2823 (Cube on a phone)
    no pre-mine

Pools:
http://icecube45pool.zapto.org

Block Explorer/Crawler:
http://icecube45coin.zapto.org:9321

Downloads:
Windows Binaries: https://mega.co.nz/#!n0gwHbwR!rfOft9CkXUkgYs4eNEmoDjjcV14WUyDMZPoJvU93K8Y
Source: http://www.github.com/icecube45/icecube45coin

Getting Started:

Create icecube45coin.conf, in it put the following

listen=1
daemon=1
server=1
rpcuser=*username*
rpcpassword=*password*
addnode=icecube45coin.zapto.org
addnode=icecube45pool.zapto.org

NOTE: the default rpc port does not work on linux without running as root, if this bothers you, please change it with the rpcport flag.

icecube45coin is forked from smallchange

Mine if you want to, I made this because, why the hell not?

The block chain is the main innovation of Bitcoin. It is the first distributed timestamping system.
