Hi Sirait, great question! Truthfully, it has been a learning experience for us to deal with multiple account users. As stated in our TOS, multiple accounts is prohibited and can result in a ban. Our current solution is having our account manager overseeing all accounts that are created each day. This allows us to reach out to these users and give them a chance to only use one account. If they continue to use multiple accounts, they will be banned by our account manager. Thank you for the great question!

Well, I now know what is the minimum deposit to get daily free coins.
Earlier I wanted to try depositing via Solana but failed because I couldn't "generate" but now it's back to normal and will try it.

Dice game with HE more than 2% is not competitive in the gambling industry. Dont you realize the fact that HE of most dice games is only 1%. Even if you reduce it from 5% to 3.5%, it is still not attractive if you want to compete with the other existing casinos. Well, maybe a coincidence or a little inspiration is also certainly not a problem. Get some bonuses for gamblers who don't want to overspend and want to take bonuses. Could it be just a coincidence and their team didn't intend to copy some casino just like Duelbits and besides, I found color green to be attractive imho. How this things work with steam account? You will login your steam account credential on there website so that they will have access to the balance or they only allow money transfer from steam wallet to the website account. I'm not comfortable connecting my steam account to any site since it holds my funds for buying in-game items and games as well. I hope they have tutorial on how steam wallet works.

Which browser are you using ? I tested in on firefox and chrome. Try changing your browser or maybe its the slow internet speed which is the cause of not loading this section.

I think that's how it's meant to be. You can easily hide the drop down menu by tapping on the icon at the top.

For me, the Live Winnings tab appears every time. Maybe it was just a temporary glitch?

I don't think that's the case.

Seems like that it's a skin deposit mechanism just like most of the other sites in the space.

The fiat wallet in steam can't be used to transfer funds across different accounts. You can, however, buy skins from the steam marketplace and trade it (although be aware of any holds).

@OP is there any plan if Steam continues their crusade against skin gambling to abandon this method of deposit?

The mobile version works fine too. The problem appears only when I switch to the Desktop mode. And I am sure it's not an internet speed problem. All other sites load fine and even games from bethub load very fast.
I tested it on different browsers (chrome, firefox, Samsung Internet app) and always the same problem.
Not a big deal for me since I use the desktop mode for testing purposes only.

Based on his faq it seems it's only for the user active on the chat and make sure your account has been verified. Nothing surprised the reward are increase depends on your account level. But there's no such automatic bot appeared in chat informing they're distribute the hourly rain, usually some casino has it.

Thats unfortunate,you should open a ticket and mentioned there what was the issue,we never had any issues with our withdrawls before except from people abusing our TOS.

If you opened a ticket you should wait for a response there,because late withdraw means your account is flagged for security purposes.

You are right and I totally agree with you, from my own experience, more than 3 years ago I made the mistake of leaving some coins and a fraction of BTC in a casino platform, and at that time I did not activate the security option of 2FA and at the time, about a week later I went to withdraw my money and it turns out that money was withdrawn, when I reported they told me that the withdrawal was done, that is, they hacked my account and extracted my money, and the site was not responsible for the fact that I never activated my 2fa.

Could you give more details here. How can you say that they are a scammer? Did the owner already tell you that his intention was to scam right before you start creating his website? If yes then why would you accept his offer when you know that is bad? And why are you confessing this things now? Did you feel guilty or what?

But, when I try to backread this page I have not seen enough complaints that they got scammed but they have other lighter concerns. Maybe the casino started to look legit because they wanted to gain more trust and costumers and then when they grow that's the time they will show their true colours but thanks for letting us now. From now on, we will now take extra precautions.
