I have not checked on the mobile but on the desktop version, live winning tab loads fine for me.

Which browser are you using ? I tested in on firefox and chrome. Try changing your browser or maybe its the slow internet speed which is the cause of not loading this section.

I think that's how it's meant to be. You can easily hide the drop down menu by tapping on the icon at the top.

For me, the Live Winnings tab appears every time. Maybe it was just a temporary glitch?

Yes, that could be a problem. I think there should be an option to reset the password via email.

I was just wondering with regards to your Steam deposit method, what exactly can you deposit? CS:GO and Dota skins?

There's a fiat wallet inside the steam wallet. I believe that's the mode of payment he is accepting. Skins and other steam item has a separate marketplace or casino to use it as bets especially for the e-sports game. I'm still not exploring the casino but it will be good they will accept steam items as bet and use the average market value of it.

The fiat wallet in steam can't be used to transfer funds across different accounts. You can, however, buy skins from the steam marketplace and trade it (although be aware of any holds).

The mobile version works fine too. The problem appears only when I switch to the Desktop mode. And I am sure it's not an internet speed problem. All other sites load fine and even games from bethub load very fast.
I tested it on different browsers (chrome, firefox, Samsung Internet app) and always the same problem.
Not a big deal for me since I use the desktop mode for testing purposes only.

Based on his faq it seems it's only for the user active on the chat and make sure your account has been verified. Nothing surprised the reward are increase depends on your account level. But there's no such automatic bot appeared in chat informing they're distribute the hourly rain, usually some casino has it.

As @Jawhead999 wrote, "rain" is for people who have a verified account on the website. As the name suggests, "hourly" means you can get free coins every hour. "Rain" is intended for active chat participants. I'm just not sure if everyone who will be at a certain time in chat will receive free coins, or only random users, or maybe the most active users?

Thats unfortunate,you should open a ticket and mentioned there what was the issue,we never had any issues with our withdrawls before except from people abusing our TOS.

If you opened a ticket you should wait for a response there,because late withdraw means your account is flagged for security purposes.

Who would deposit on the Bethub.gg and will not play there. People usually deposit on the site to gamble. Gambling sites should not be used as a wallet to store our coins.
Another aspect could be the money laundering which can be done by deposit and withdraw only but again anyone can wager with minimum risk and still withdraw with intention of money laundering. Isn't ?

You are right and I totally agree with you, from my own experience, more than 3 years ago I made the mistake of leaving some coins and a fraction of BTC in a casino platform, and at that time I did not activate the security option of 2FA and at the time, about a week later I went to withdraw my money and it turns out that money was withdrawn, when I reported they told me that the withdrawal was done, that is, they hacked my account and extracted my money, and the site was not responsible for the fact that I never activated my 2fa.
