So I have around 2000 USD$ and I want to create a fully functional mining rig I'm pretty sure if I have someone else build it it'll cost more so I'm going to buy parts but i'm really strict about the 2000$ limit I want to do a sha-256 algorithm

suggestions
A)buy a shitty laptop and buy a butterfly labs to connect so i'll save a few bucks
or
B)buy a case motherboard-graphic card-ram(which i have 2gb laying around somewhere)-cpu- and probably just make the 2k$ limit
or
C)is there a 3rd option?

if its option (B) could someone guide me in creating a rig?

With $2k you'd be better off mining scrypt coins and converting to BTC.

A = research butterfly labs, do not buy from them, you may as well toss that money in the bin.

B = Not worth it for Bitcoin, speak to others about altcoins, some claim its still profitable I believe.

C = Just buy some Antminers from bitmain, it is debatable if they will break even now but they hold the best chance. you can get 3 x 180GH/s and still have some change.

Your best bet for scrypt is to buy Gridseed ASIC or simply to buy coins. Regarding Bitcoin, there is nothing profitable which you might get.

There are 3 variant of Scrypt
1) Buy gpu (and other hardware)
2) Buy scrypt asic NOW
3) Wait (i think 6 month) and buy very fast scrypt asic from KNC

and 2 of SHA-256
1) Cloudmining
2) Buy Asic

I would buy that if i knew what to do?

i'm probably going to buy a shitty computer and buy a punch of usb2.0 and ant miners for sha-256

but my 2k$ is my absolute limit

could someone guide me to a website to buy ant miners and a mining computer

(bitcoin difficulty is wayy to high so I'm not mining that)

Not a good option now to buy the gridseed as the knc scrypt asic is coming and you can't even get ROI even in 1 year now.

ok soo i'll offer someone .02 btc if you can just guide me in the right direction

-custom built mining website so I can build a rig

note: I have an old desktop I can just buy a new motherboard and i'll be set?
-point me into a direction to buy a bitcoin motherboard (don't even know if that exists)

I know I'm far behind in mining but something to make help me make 20$ a day
-I don't pay electricity so I believe i'll profit sooner then later
