Inspired honesty version EZ0010  Wink
so, if talking about honesty, then I will be honest that I have an alt account  Grin
I also had an experience when BM accidentally sent me around $800 in (busd) form. this is big money for me.
well, if you are in this situation. will you return everything? on the one hand there are 2 options before making a deal with each other.
1. refund half ($400) and secure account.
2. if you not otherwise return everything ($800). then your account is reported, tagged with negative trust, that you are dishonest.
In this situation me and BM agreed to stabilize the situation: not to report my account on the forum and vice versa I returned $400 according to the agreement between me and BM.
but it's a pity, that my first account was finally blocked even though I have refunded the money.. In conclusion, this is my version of honesty  Smiley

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

Yeah I don't think these types of shady deals count as "honesty" nor will you get 200+ merits for this.

Try harder next time.

I can't.

If the account is banned and you feel it shouldn't be, you should send an e-mail to the address shown in your ban message.

If you returned the whole $800 then nothing should have been tagged, flagged, or banned. You may have been tagged for trying to negotiate a deal, which is shady as fuck. If someone sends you money accidentally, then message them immediately and ask for a return address. No need to try and work a deal because you're a poor person.

by considering the possibility of returning a part of the amount, you can exclude any mention of honesty in this case.
This is a big amount for you, and maybe even bigger for BM?
Just imagine, what would happen if the situation was reversed? surely such behaviour would not be honest to you.

by considering the possibility of returning a part of the amount, you can exclude any mention of honesty in this case.

The concept of honesty used to be, and still is for those who are believers, based on religion. For those of us who are not believers it is somewhat more diffuse, but it is something like honesty is what the vast majority of us understand honesty to be, without it being based on an all-powerful being. This can be applied to all moral principles.

In this case, we agree that it is not honesty. Calling it a "version" of honesty to want to keep something that is not yours is rather a way of wanting to justify dishonest behavior. We could get into nuances here, but that's basically it.

Bounty manager.

OP, thanks for this insight into the mind of a scammer! You managed to get away with $400 that doesn't belong to you, and you honestly (pun intended) believe you did the right thing! That's amazing.

I guess you guys don't understand that I said 'overall honesty'.   one more thing. Isn't that worth it, rather than not getting a penny? apart from that the "Fact" my account is still blocked and instead "bounty campaign coin proceeds" I should have earned $2100 (coin exchange rate) only paid for $400

I remember seeing a psychiatrist on a TV show who specialized in criminal cases. He said that very rarely did criminals recognize that they had done something wrong. The one who raped a girl would find reasons to justify that she wanted to, or that she sexually provoked him. The murderer, why the victim deserved it, etc.

What does that have to do with this?

That makes sense. From your perspective, anything you do is good and for the right reasons. Why else would you even bother?

C'mon dude. You just scammed $400 from a bounty manager and you created a thread proudly. You gotta be kidding me. Even, You are here to get some merit with your version of dishonesty. And you claiming that as honesty. Put that Bounty Manager shoes on yours and think is that honesty? For what do you expect your old account to be unbanned? I would like to request you to return that $400 to the bounty manager and apologize for what you did. Else, don't claim yourself as an honest man. You are here with another account after getting banned, I guess it's not allowed (Confused).

You are just being honest until this thread was written, but yes you are you are also quite honest that you are actually greedy about everything. After successfully taking $400 which is not your right, now you try your luck what kind of EZ0010 gets. Greedy people see it as another opportunity. Unfortunately, greed will not be able to buy appreciation.

By the way, which is your first blocked account? Maybe I can do something  Wink

If your "work" involves cheating in the campaign then you deserve nothing. What you have described is not honesty, but an attempt to negotiate a deal with the bounty manager to continue cheating. In my opinion, the bounty manager did a good job. He outsmarted you, managed to recover some funds, and then kicked you out of the campaign. Given the circumstances, I think that's the best he could do.

Is that called honesty? So what if you escrowed almost 1 BTC during the bull run for the signature campaign? And return remains funds after the end of the campaign? Suppose to negotiate with the company and agree on a return of 50%. The honesty is if someone sent you funds by mistake and you return it even without sender acknowledgment. That's called honesty?

And, this thread for what?

Op your version of honesty is actually dishonesty. I don't see why you would even bring it up in the first place. What you attempted was wrong in any case and you got punished for it. I'm not sure if that qualifies as ban evasion. EZ0010 story is not applicable in your case. From what I understand you kept the other half that is $400 to yourself

It would be completely wrong to keep any amount of money sent to you erroneously unless the sender makes an agreement for you to keep some/all of it (like what happened in your story).

If the sender demands you give it back to him on the other hand, you have a transactional obligation to comply.
