I am using trex miner. As to settings I beleive its stock. I had had it overclocked once but I think hiveos has reset it after a crash. How am I able to check the vram on it from hiveos I don't know if it is thermal throttling at all. The core Temps are fine.

507/8 = 63.375 too high.

lower the watts to 118
lower the ram   say 2300 to 2100 but hiveos may use a different  ram number setting.

Why would you say that 63.375 is too high? I thought the more mgh the better.

And your 2100ram memory clock settings is that from msi afterburner? Because for hiveos it will be doubled. I'm just confused as to why I have to lower the wattage and change the settings since either get the highest megahashes I can, but the current is not the same as the projected on ethermine.org. what can cause these 30+ megahash deviations?

because it becomes unstable and you'll end up with errors.  More mgh is not better if what you send back are errors.  errors in your validation means you won't get credit for what you validated because your data will be dumped and not accepted.

So the "errors" can cause the fluctuations on the "current" MH/s on ethermine.org?  I switched up my settings, fan:100%, core clock: 1250, memory clock: 3450 Power Limit:118. Now I am getting 61MH/s per gpu (8 A4000 total) for a total of 923watts for all 8 gpus and a totally of 494.4MH/S. Hoping to see more stable results. Any more advice/tips or tweaks would gladly be appreciated.

I'm sorry about the question I'm about to ask you as it doesn't have anything to do with the problem you are facing with the A4000 GPUs, my question is how do you get your hands on this graphic cards and how much does one costs you? Also where do you resides? Thanks

The new Team Black Miner is optimized for the RTX4000 with only 0.5% fee. You should check it out. Available in hiveos.

works best on 2miners.com, miningpoolhub, nanopool.org, f2pool and a few others. You can try run with -E 3000 on these pools. (--xintensity)

You can buy this cards easily -> for very very very high price -> i think it is senseless because the roi is 2 years or more, i mean in reality and not what 95% of the people are calculating XD
Example:

My RTX 3070 cost 900€. At the moment it do 45mh = 2€ = 450 days without electricity. With electricity it is around 550 days to roi and now keep in mind the Difficulty will raise from day to day = result is the ROI is over 600 days easily.

507/8 = 63.375 too high.

Hmm this makes no sense. Why to high? It depends on the silicon lottery. Lower watts to 118? The OP doesn´t say how much power his cards use  Huh
By the way lower the vgpu and not the the powerlimit. Powerlimit as the name say - it will only limit your max power but why should i do that? Lowering PLimit only results in fluctating core clocks and fluctating powerconsumption.

What's the reasoning for lowering the gpu since I have not had a crash in days? Will it help tighted the distance of the reported and current/average megahash/share?

A4000 performance is exactly like 3070s and 3060ti which can give 61-64MH per card but the problem is A4000 price is higher in my country can't say about other countries I'd rather buy 3070s or 3060ti over this a4000 unless price are same

the a4000 power caps at 130

you can get the same hash at 118 as 130

setting higher than 118 is a power waste.

clocks vary on different os setups.

he is trottling that is the flux in hashrate

so i asked him to lower his ram settings

if you drop to 61 vs 63.5 but stay steady with no flux in hashrate you clocked it correctly.

as for what a card is worth.
here goes.
3 year warranty = 1095 days
60 hash at 6 cent earning is  3.60 and burns say 3 kwatts a day or 30 cents at 10 cent power net of 3.30 a day x 1095 days is

3500+ usd in 3 years . so under 1500 the cards have value

now if it all crashes the story is different.

your risk and card appetite will vary with your power cost.
