Does anyone Sell Bitcoin call and put options on Binance? I have some questions.

I have not made an account yet so I was hoping you guys can help me out.

I see that you can buy or sell BTC options on Binance.

I was wondering if it is possible to sell put optoins? Like for example right now if I go on their website I can sell a 1/7/2022 $42,000 put option for about $350 USDT. Here is a link to Binance bitcoin options chart https://voptions.binance.com/en    OR, just to to binance.com, select derivatives, then Vanilla Options.


Do you know how Binance deals with margin or what you would need in order to sell that $42,000 PUT? Like, would they require you to have 1BTC or $42,000 USDT?


Any another information about this would be appreciated. I normally trade a lot of options in the stock market but just wondering if its the same thing with Binance options. Does any other bitcoin exchange offer options like this or is it just Binance?

So you talking about margin trading where you can borrow and sell?

Why don't you use Google to search it actually all guides already on Binance under their academy page if you can't find one then check this guide below

I really don't want to trade on margin, I just want to sell PUT options.

Does it require margin for that?

Or can you only sell covered BTC puts?

I do not touch that part since it needs more lessons to understand how the PUT and CALLS options work. I suggest you learn how to buy low and sell high. No need to push yourself into something that you do not know for sure before you learn many things related to margin call or put because I do not know how big the risk is.

You can find tons of good videos on Youtube to know how margin trading works. But I can suggest using regular trading as that is the simple mode for new people to crypto trading.
