Your site seems cheap but you have not added any fiat eg: perfect money, payeer, advcash, usdt or something like that. I think if you can add fiat then that would be great. Also you have not mentioned either the site is automatic mode or manuel mode. The more important thing is that you have no contact information to contact if anyone faces any problem.

I have visit your site and notice few things. There is no FAQs or how to sections. The steps which you have mentioned in the post should be mentioned on the site also, so it is easy for the people to know how to exchange.

1- How much fee do you deduct for each transaction?

2-Any minimum or maximum transaction

3-How much time it takes to process the transaction. If the transaction is in progress, and the page is accidentally closed, how can we track the progress?

I think you should add live support, one of the big problems with sites similar to yours is that support is slow or almost non-existent, the person exchanges coins and doesn't get anything and when you think about claiming support it takes forever to respond, I think you can do better by putting live support

I dont know about cash exactly as that can bring in bigger issues and compliance and paperwork to do with banking checks and all sorts of larger issues.   However if you ever manage to link crypto to another economy like gift cards, or keys for games or a few other things then its a form of monetization and again you will be advancing interest and likely revenue on your site very likely.
   I reckon its worth considering in any self promotion etc.    Steam keys are traded lots for example, xbox codes, that kind of thing can appear minor but its a wide audience potentially.

1. our fee is 1% but we have maximum fee on coins, like maximum fee on bitcoin is 0.01 BTC , we will add pricing page this week.
2. minimum and maximum transaction amount will add on pricing page.

Oh, nice! The concept, that's what I mean. It brings back golden memories from the old Shapeshift. Ever since Shapeshift required users to create accounts and even pass KYC, I didn't use it anymore. I know they went back to doing things the old way but I never used it since then.

Anyway, as others have pointed out, you must offer at least the other major altcoins. I know it's going to be very hard to add fiat; it's understandable if you don't. Perhaps USDT will do.

I am also thinking of the conversion rates and the fees. How high or low will it be?

And, by the way, don't you think 35 minutes is way too long?

A lot are indeed missing, I suggest looking into your competitors for reference, see: Instant exchanges. Probably add 'beta' or something in the thread title as well so ppl would know it isn't the final output yet.

Just so we're on the same page... after the transaction receives enough blockchain confirmation, it would take an average of 35 mins for the trade to complete? If so, that's indeed way too long and would set you at a significant disadvantage over your competitors. As for me, I use services such as this for for quick and convenient swap/trades so 35 mins would be a turn off.

It is a mistake to launch your site and some policies are not present in it, this indicates:

 - Unprofessionalism: If the team is professional, they will try to do everything and make sure of it.
 - Budget issues: Limited developer team.
 - Future issues: I can't complain because you don't have terms of service and it will be easy to hack the platform because you don't have enough resources to check all the vulnerabilities.

All of these things will be used against you in the future so it is best to close the site until you are ready.

But why only 5 cryptos are there that only supported?  I clicked the "governments" option on the main page I thought what it was but that is a term of use, maybe it's appropriate if you will put a "Term of Usages" thank the governments.

Anyway, where is the online calculator on the main page that you have said?  Is there any option when choosing on a speed of transaction and the fee, seems like low transaction and high transaction?  It will greatly help when Bitcoin mempool will become congested and the fee becomes too high in the future.

I think they have not enough budget to support more cryptos. As many types of crypto/currency they have to add they have to stock those crypto/currency.

You should use calculator from your own computer or from mobile phone. They have shown only their mentioned rate which will be seen after sending and receiving currency.

They have not. And it is also not required because I think they will use something like coinbase where no manual fee available.

*Edit* I just had a thought (suggestion) perhaps if you had a rolling tally of how many transactions have occurred, how many Bitcoin/doge/eth have been transacted - that sort of thing.

I'm not suggesting it be to the Satoshi, but

e.g.

btc 2.123 / 2345 doge / 34.56 eth have been transacted in 4567 transactions.


I don't believe you would be reveiling where the funds have come from, or where they go to.
