Depending on how you define "collaboration", the mere fact that this is being discussed can be considered a form of collaboration. However, if you want to hire someone to do the work for you, you can look for freelancers on a number of freelancing platforms or post your offer on the
Services board. But if you don't have an appropriate budget for this purpose, it may be difficult to find this kind of collaboration.
People don't realize how much can be done for free nowadays. From what I see, you have already created your current website using the free website builder "Zoho Sites". In that case, I suggest that you use some of the pre-made templates available on that site and follow the recommended layout and style, rather than trying to make up something of your own. For example, start with your body text and set it at a default size of 1em, which is equal to 16 px in most browsers. (Your current font size is 32 px, which is way too big and ineffective.)
