About 2011 year, I use electrum windows wallet. Now I forgot private key and key phrase.
Is there any way for recovery my private key?
How can I access to my wallet?

You can recover your wallet, if you have one of the following:

- Private key
- 12 word seed (which was actually a brainwallet passphrase in very old versions of electrum)
- Wallet file (+ password, if it's encrypted)

If you have none of them, there's nothing you can do and the fund is lost forever.

If you still have the PC/Laptop where you install Electrum at that time and never format the PC/laptop you can still find the wallet file.
The default path or folder location is \Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Electrum or just use run and paste this %APPDATA%\Electrum
And then look for the wallet folder you should see the wallet.

If that wallet file is encrypted with a password and you forgot it you have less chance to recover it but you can try to brute force it using or with the help of https://walletrecoveryservices.com

About 2011 year, I use electrum windows wallet. Now I forgot private key and key phrase.
That was odd, because AFAIK there's no official Windows binary of Electrum in 2011.
Have you somehow used BTCurious' non-official Windows binaries? (/index.php?topic=50936.msg641963#msg641963)

Anyways, there's no way to get into your wallet without those since Electrum isn't kind of a custodial service where your "account" is hosted in a server.
And even if you get the seed phrase, it will still be troublesome to recover the wallet since it suffers to a derivation bug and will generate different keys when restored to the latest version.
