Im sure that no one can tell you about the future of metaverse but if you're seeing it from the hype around it and metaverse will have a very bright future. The metaverse projects are still undervalued project.
I just wanna tell you if there are bunch of undervalued metaverse tokens in the market and you may spend a few seconds to take a look at the list here.https://coinmarketcap.com/view/metaverse/

As far as i know metaverse tokens are still below 1 billion marketcap can be considered as a good place to invest your money. Do your own research. Have you ever heard some metaverse like wild wilder, vulcan forged, illuvium and many more? Some of these may worth to be used as investment. I think that you can start your own research to know which one from them all that will worth as investment.

So they must research deeper to find the Meta project since if Meta is the next thing that happens in crypto, many Meta projects will come to the market. If they do not be careful in researching the project, they will not have a chance to make a profit instead will only waste their money in investing in the wrong project.

Sand is one promising project so far as the project is still running and have good progress and have a chance to increase for more. It is good if you have already invested in Sand to make a big profit later.

The thing is, people always flock to the first thing they see with a new technology and they never look at the improving new versions of it. Like for example Bitcoin is great and all, but we all know that if we had to compare tech, I wouldn't even put it on top 100 right now, and yet it is at the top, ETH passed bitcoin in tech long time ago and should be at the top if we think logically.

Same will happen with meta, people are too into sand, mana, axie and all of that, and even if there is a better version out there one day, they will not invest into it heavily, they will keep these three at the top of meta world. If we can change that idea and finally get something decent, then I am pretty sure we will do better.

Metaverse obviusly its future, its future of crypto and future of videogaming, its smn like u connect VR+Crypto Assets+ Video gamins, smth like all ur items are really ur, and u sell it or buy when u want. Roughly speaking you get independence and progress that is preserved and can be materialized, like real item, im think its future. Well, changing the company name of a well known tech company I think is the actual thing and has to be attached with their corresponding niches. Just like Google, named its company Alphabet and so Facebook did, as Meta.

With such bold move, the market is going with the Metaverse so Facebook just did the right thing for the response to the market trend and I think there's connection to it.

I don't believe Facebook named it's head company Meta because of the current crypto hype. This decision had been made probably several years ago to react to the decreasing interest in the facebook platform and to disconnect the head company from the platform. Meta has many more profitable departments (WhatsApp, Instagram).

It's just a thought that came to my mind and it's timely.

What I think with their logo, it has a similarity with an NFT game. But I'm not criticizing them as changing the name really has purposes and I'm looking forward on what and how it shall look when they're done developing it and they're already in the launch.

I'm waiting for that since most of their proposed project from Libra has been delayed until now to see if they won't delay its launch.

I think this is the most sensible answer, the market of altcoins moves on trends, we had icos, ieos, nfts, meme coins and now it seems the next big trend is going to be concentrated in the coins that have to do with the metaverse.

However being the first does not mean being the best, many of those coins will give early profits and people will get confident this will remain the case for a long time, but chances are that most of those coins will disappear and be replaced by other projects, since I do not think any of the developers with their new projects related to the metaverse have the skill to actually pull off something so difficult.

Deal while its still hot but learn and be aware on when to jump if you do seem that things turns out to be replaced.

People are too expecting that metaverse will become profitable, the hypes are obviously showing up. I can't believe how this is coming but this is now the trend and people just realize that once new platforms/projects come, they mostly gain more attention and market gain. I can't even blame them as they are taking the opportunity, but I would suggest having the research first before falling into this hype. Yeah, we can't just ignore how the scammer will take the opportunity as well and might catch you.

There are so many talks about metaverse and so many projects now are on metaverse, there's even talks about integrating it on casinos it is the next big thing now in Cryptocurrency and developers are now competing to create and launch the next big metaverse project, expect scammers to also do their thing, so be sure to do research about metaverse because it's also a risky investment.

I still think Metaverse is 10% real and 90% hot steaming air. Zuckerberg doesn't have a good handle on it yet. No one does and crypto being crypto, is taking the hype to an all time high. Though I think in the future, some things would pop out of it but not now

verytime there is discussion about metaverse, SAND and MANA kept being talked over and over again, when it comes to metaverse it’s just battle of the decentralized meta that runs on blockchain like SAND or MANA and Meta (formerly facebook) that’s rather centralized.
So I think that if metaverse is really taking off in the future the one that gonna have massive rally is SAND and MANA, these coins are the one that deemed as the metaverse of blockchain but that’s my 2 cents.
However we are not lacking more and more metaverse coins like vulcan forged, bloktopia and such coins, if you want an investment that could give significantly higher ROI I think it’s better to choose metaverse coins that are still new but it’s gonna be really difficult just like if you invest to a new startup which most of them are gonna just fail because not every startup could succeed.

People tend to follow the first thing is because of the secondary options that can help them to make money and not for the real use case to their real-life because the technology is not yet reaching to our real life. It is why when the new thing comes out to the crypto space, people see it as a new opportunity to make money rather than to see what and how the technology can give something to their life.

It will be like that for a while until that thing can reach out to their life, they will not try to use more than to make money. Ethereum was passed bitcoin, but ethereum has a weakness in the gas fee while bitcoin price still increases on the price so people still choose bitcoin as their main investment because that can give them profit in the future.

Metaverse is something that is very good for now because they prioritize advanced technology virtually, we can do anything there including a career and make a promising business there.
Only with one sophisticated tool called VR we can do anything there.

But on the other hand this actually makes the Metaverse a new form of capitalism created by Mark I think.

It's true for the metaverse itself, of course, we certainly get a pretty good profit there because this is a new form of the world of technology which is the shape I wanted when I was little and when I liked fantasy cartoons but behind it all who will benefit that big one over there? This is definitely the owner of the initial capital who invested there.

Actually, things like this hype are very natural, reflecting on how several years ago we were faced with ICO hype and in 2021 we were also faced with hype about NFT and now there is nothing wrong with us taking the momentum to be in the metaverse.
but it also depends on the considerations and research done at the beginning because following the hype without any basis and general knowledge is the same as giving our money for free.
