When we look to the future, big tech giants are trying to lead the way. However, the decentralized aspects of the b-chain industry is letting smaller players participate in the metaverse’s development as well.

You might not be aware but tech giants have already started and begun their share of blockchain development too. They have been hiring developers for the last four years since bitcoin started making notorious headlines and they realized the impact this could have in the future. So in the future, it will never be small players, it will always be the tech giants who will lead. Small player's wet dreams will always remain dreams.

Moreover, the current metaverse shitcoin show that has been going on is only another guise of the ICO/IEO/DeFi/NFT shit that has been going on for years. If you are looking to see development in it, then it will take more than a company parent changing its name to Meta, but a lot more than that. Currently it is a cashgrab only.

I'm not yet doing a research about Meta but for sure it will be the next big thing in crypto, I bought some meta coins now like GALA and SAND I'm not sure if they are good coins and I just heard them on Twitter but it's not that bad to have some of this coins. It could be a great investment in the future.

Meta is a centralized project and might not benefit the average users so instead of researching on meta, you buy crypto project with relation to the metaverse just as you have done although would not have recommend buying now. The market is yet to reach the buttom and there are room for further drops although you are good if you plans is to hold long term.

Gala will be distributing some tokens on 20th February and the market might react negatively as we are in the bearish market. This is a good project still so do not be scared by the price drop. Keep holding, I myself is waiting for a good buying opportunity.

I personally don't like the idea behind meta. have you ever seen movie: IDIOCRACY? Yes, I don't like when children have TVs on their eyes and enjoying virtual reality. I don't know maybe I'm wrong in  metaverse but I see children locked in their room all day.

If you look in that aspect, that is true. You will be holed out watching all the virtual reality contents and you will see many abnormal kids in the future. That is part and parcel of technology as you will see everyone immersed on their mobile phones and real communication is less and that will happen in the metaverse as well.

Why you think that the market will react negatively, even in bearish market some of the coins will move up. It depends upon how the team behind the project will promote them.

It’s definitely going to be a big trend in the future. Metaverse isn’t just meant for cryptocurrency NFT, there is a lot more to it which I believe that we would begin to see. Although it is good that cryptocurrency platforms has been the ones that are getting on there first. So we should look forward to the growth of cryptocurrency alongside Metaverse.

In the future there are going to be more other different platforms that would come to join and make use of the metaverse as well, we would see more of these other sectors integrating this into their work. Personally I believe that this Metaverse is a huge thing, because the world is heading towards that direction of AI and Virtual Reality advancement, so it’s definitely going to gain huge adoption.

I don't know how you appreciate Metaverse projects and think it was the future as in fact, we never see its substantial value in life but just leisure.  Gamers will love this but how about those who are not? As for sure they are not going to embrace that chance as they'd rather use to enjoy themselves in real games.

I don't see these metaverse projects will sustain longer, not that they naturally attract investors. People just come because of the hypes and they use this to the sake of easy money and profit gain, and then leave after.

Well, that is what it is all about now, but I know that there is a lot more to it. Metaverse is still new and there are still lots of projects that are being worked on and would be released in the future. There is so much more for it, but now what seems to be trending for the Metaverse is NFT: estates, arts, and a lot that you can buy through exchanges or some crypto platforms such as SAND.

There are lots of people who are investing in these and it would definitely yield profit as time goes on as the platform continues to grow. So, now would definitely be the right time for anyone that’ wants to get in to it.

I have been a big fan of Spielberg's work and have watched a lot of Sci-Fi movies in the past too. However, they are all fiction and not everything that happens there will be happening in future. It is human nature to point out the negative aspects more than the positive ones and those who are not related to technology will always say that. Still it does not mean that humans are going to be bound to chains and made to work in order to get money to pay. That is an excessive extrapolation.

Because we are obsessed with bad things, we tend to assume the bad. But really, these games are only dust earnings and they cannot sustain an economy to run. Dont forget that most jobs in this world are not WFH ones, most need skilled on-site work.

These games are stupid and only stupid people will play them in future and waste their time while others go ahead in making money by better methods like buying bitcoin.

What happens is that the metaverse goes far beyond games, it is a technology that even Mark himself caused the name of Facebook to be changed to Meta, and if he did that, it is because the number of things that are coming are very good and technological where it will bring improvements in every way, in the metaverse meetings can be held at tables sitting as if they were in person but digitally, it is like another universe at the digital level, games are only a consequence of what in reality represents the metaverse, focusing only on NFT games or similar we would only be seeing the tip of the Iceberg, we would not be seeing the development of the conglomerate.

But honestly, what I feel with crypto and the metaverse is just over-hyped for many people to think it's actually thriving, perhaps more realistic in our day-to-day lives. I like Decentraland (MANA) because it has a first-mover advantage, but The Sandbox (SAND) also has venture capital and big corporations investing in it. I believe there will be a few winners, though time will tell which ones they'll be. Those positioned at the front early on, like the two just mentioned, will be most likely to succeed. I am also investing in Upland because it's currently cheap to buy there, though it seems a smaller game on the EOS blockchain. I don't have high hopes for Upland, but its active social media is a good indicator for me.
