Looking at what the project are working on, there is no much ongoing. Everyone just copying each other without any uniqueness.

Which is what intrigues me about the real development behind this buzzword.

Remember that a few years back deeplearning and AI became buzzwords, before that cloud computing became buzzwords. These technologies are used today for different purposes but the main point is that the tech giants need to create this buzz in order to sell a new product.

Each year a new buzzword takes over the last one and this has been going on for a long time. Just the problem that Meta being released by FB became a common term with crypto which boosted its social media exposure.

I am still very skeptical about its future.

Trends and developments are always changing, to be successful investors of course we have to follow trends, after the Defi and NFT boom in 2021 we have new hopes again namely Metaverse, web3 and so on, we must actively follow the latest news so we can get big profits when Meta skyrocketed.

I'm hoping for the best of what Meta can offer to us, who are looking for a profitable investment and since DeFi and NFTs has been passed though these are still good for investment but as an investor we are looking for a new and cheap price investment which also has a good future lies ahead so we can earn a great profit that we all too deserve right, however, it is rightfully said that Meta is still new, trends and developments are keep on changing. I am observing and listening for an update of Meta but as of now this platform is still developing I guess.

Same goes to any newer projects out there, we've been into ICOs, IDOs, IEOs, STOs and stuff and seemingly every single of these trends just tend to fade out. One day, NFTs would be like just a history from how some people are perceiving it as another PNG file in the internet edited to make it look like a good piece of an artwork.
The interactivity of some NFT games kind of prolongs people's interest to it, but hearing that some devs from NFT games are even considering of a rug pull. It might be foreseeable on where would NFTs end up in the future.

Meta is a concept of virtual world. And a lot of centralized and decentralized business and new project are jumping into creating those independent worlds. There are huge financial prospects on such real life video games and simulations. But with the different nature of how centralized and decentralized projects works and the capacity and technical advantage, centralized companies are going to have a huge advantage on it over blockchain based technology. That's why I haven't yet invested in any metaverse project as they are just another round of hype.

Virtual Reality and VR based open virtual world existed even before the "meta" hype. I don't think it will bring any "revolutionary" changes in the future that you are thinking about. Currently it is all about hype. Look at all those "meta" worlds. There is literally nothing you can do other than buy and sell NFT based lands and other things. It's right now more like making as much as profit from it before the hype dies. People are either investing in those meta world or the meta tokens with the hope of getting rich. Is getting rich the "big revolutionary change" you are talking about?

meta is still very new and currently trending in crypto and I think the purpose of meta is very good so it's not clear what the future of meta is like at this time meta is like a big bubble.

Trending does not mean it is good. When something is trending there is usually a hype behind it and that negates the big importance given to legitimate marketing which is rare these days when the product itself is not available.

Definitely it is a bubble at this time and I can assure you that every crypto project leader is trying to use the term to gain popularity while in reality they dont even make sense of how meta is useful to their project. Even celebs are being paid to start their meta-based project while newbies are flocking in thinking this to be the next bitcoin.

Which is not uncommon in this sector. Something comes new and everyone thinks it is the next bitcoin, those who dont are the ones who actually survive the wave that comes after this.

I think that it was the real pioneer in having their own coin attached to the game, where the price fluctuated and you could trade them for FIAT. Some people say that SL died because of FB: more than half of the users were female, whose attention in their limited free time switched to the social network.

We were innovators there. It was too soon for a concept like that. But I really believe that now, with the new generation, it's the time for the Metaverse to really flourish.

Metaverse projects have their way to satisfy their customer to give the best experience ever but this is never meant when we talk about investment. Thies people who love social interactions, live interactions will surely get used to this technology but for those who are in businesses, this can be a wasting time for them.
If we'd say it was the future, it was uncertain and we know how technology develops faster more than to what we think and after this metaverse, there is a new one to exists that are/is more advanced.

 If facebook (now named meta) can actually do what they aim doing (or they are just promoting meta and do nothing but someone else does) then it could really be the future. Look at their videos and see what they are saying is potential with meta. I am not saying that it will be done, but that future is definitely something that would be amazing if it could ever happen. Obviously many things that "could be done" ended up failing but that doesn't change the fact that it is worked on right now. You won't be able to just see worlds cities with VR anymore, you would be able to actually live and work and go around and have fun in those places and with high end unreal 5 looking tech as well. So I believe meta "could be" our future, we just have to wait until tech catches up.

metaverse is the process which is going to make you feel the reality, that is a big thing & of course need lots of time. Effects will have seen on crypto market too, even metaverse market Capitalization already start increase and will be another big trend in this year, i believe. Lots of games and projects will use cryptos like Axie Infinity (recommended), sandbox and others. Still new altcoins project coming base on metaverse, so its wise to have knowledge before its late...

Yes, the Metaverse project looks like it will be big in the future and when Metaverse is ready to be developed 100% and has been used by the community then of course it will make the price of the coin as you mentioned be more valuable because it is very likely that the coin will be used by people in the Metaverse world and of course it will be used when they want to transact.

Maybe some metaverse projects are big but there are also projects that are small because I think they lack of funds or the idea of the team and its developers are only limited. You only think that all metaverse projects are big because they are still kind a new and you are expecting more from them but the metaverse projects that are already released are on their 100 percent already and they are now being used by the public although this doesn't equate that the value of their tokens will now pump, one example of it is axie.

The game is popular but it's in game token is almost dying now. I think the game still lacks of some features that other players are looking at.

I don't think it can be said as the future, where with technological advances there will always be new innovations in every idea, so metavers are not the best and will be role models in the future.
