If you buy at 20, sell at 15 and rebuy at 7 then you are making a profit basically, so you are right that if you "can" do that, you should do that. However, the long term holders like me do not care about it, I just don't really think that I could make that kind of trading and I may mess that up, buy at 20, sell at 15 to buy lower, then it goes up and I have to reenter at 20 again losing a lot of money.

This is totally possible and I believe that we should not be really focusing on who should do what. Sure if you are 100% certain that you can do it then you should do it but if you are not certain that you could do it then you should stay away from these things. I like long term holding because I do not have trust in myself to be able to trade that way.

There are so many stories like that when it comes to tokens. A lot are regretting not selling their tokens while they still have value in the market. Sadly, most of them died down as their devs abandoned their respective projects. So selling some of your coins or tokens is worth the risk if you will buy more valuable coins like btc or eth. Better to buy a slow moving alt, but you know they are established and they won't disappear into thin air.

I also think its not good to sell in bear market instead accumulate more while the tokens or coins are cheaper. Buy low sell high, that's the most effective advice out there but most of us find it hard with the implementation. Selling is definitely fine but selling when there’s panic in the market will just causes loss.
I think it's better if we go against the market fear because following the masses that easily panicked when there is market movement means we aren't gonna making profit.

That sounds easy to say but hard to do. Because the problem is, most of us do not even know when will be the best entry and its best exit. We will only know once its already happens.

However, if we can play it right, of course things will definitely be in a good shape and we'll be on a right tract. Selling bitcoin when it reaches its new ATH will certainly give us the best profits, and then buy back again when we finally enter its bearish season since the prices will fall drastically that time.
