Hi im using

1. Electrum
2. Windows
3.A normal laptop x64
4.The problem is, I had downloaded electrum added one of the wallet address to my exchange then proceeded to withdraw
It normally takes up to ten mins and have done this more than 20 times all been okay, this one the withdraw never showed up

The support from the exchange is always spot on, they have been helpful regarding this but as it shows on the blockchain lots of confirmations they arent really able to assist further. Which is understandable

The thing I would like to know is can I make sure the address I had used and the wallet are as one & it come from that wallet. I dont seem to be able to find the wallet add that I added to the exchange, in my wallet its not appearing

It was generated from electrum, not being able to find it is worrying.

bc1qx70vkyf3c4ve63rc4sl5plqqygpw9lqrg6vhcx  is the address it was a 0.02 btc withdraw

If any one can help it will be greatly appreciated. Have only experienced a problem like this one once

Some other user reported a similar problem a few months ago with the same Bitcoin address. It looks like your computer has been infected with some kind of clipboard malware which replaced your Electrum address with the one you posted. Make sure to follow these instructions:

You need to format your computer, reinstall your OS from scratch, download Electrum and ensure you verify your download prior to installing, and then create a brand new wallet and a new seed phrase.

You won't be able to get your coins back.

There are plenty of ways. You might have downloaded an infected file or entered a website which exploited some kind of browser vulnerability to infect your computer. You might want to try downloading Malwarebytes to scan your computer and see if it would have warned you. You should reinstall your OS anyway.

This was probably clipboard malware or something similar that is replacing your addresses with one that scammers use.
I wonder what operating system are you using, Windows, Linux or Mac OS?
Safest thing would be to reinstall new and fresh operating system, and make sure to watch what you download and install on your computer.

I remember there was even one report about Clipboard Meddling Attack for hardware wallets called EthClipper:

This is concerning, as it means you have other malware on your computer and not just the clipboard malware which is responsible in this case for the loss of your coins. This other malware could be doing a variety of things, such as logging your key strokes or trying to extract account login details.

Personally, after you have reformatted and set up a clean OS, I would go through your accounts and change your passwords. Enable 2FA on everything you can if you haven't already. I would also create a new Electrum wallet with a new seed phrase and move all your coins to it. It might seem overkill, but I wouldn't want any chance, however small, that I was continuing to use a compromised wallet and all my funds might disappear at a future time.

Forget about torrents, pirated software, and pornography on your computer that you use for serious things, because that way you will sooner or later infect your computer. In addition, it is advisable to invest in security software from reputable manufacturers, because proactive protection definitely makes sense - with regular updates for the OS.

Listen to the advice to format the HDD and start with the fresh OS, and then listen to my advice and watch what you do in the future.

1. Electrum
2. Windows
3.A normal laptop x64

As said, your computer is probably infected.

For the future: cleanup, or, better, reinstall (make sure though you have at hand your windows key).
In the next transactions always check/compare the copy/paste addresses (and much more than just the few first characters in the addresses).

A separate partition with a Linux (maybe Mint is easy enough) only for Electrum/transactions could be an idea to think about. Or even a hardware wallet. (this because if you got today a clipboard malware, "tomorrow" you may catch something much uglier)
