Nothing beats buying coins at low price it's more safer this way than buying at a very high price and hoping it will go higher, also holders must decide whether to hold for short term or long term, I doubt we will ever see buying opportunity like 2018 again since crypto have proven to be safer than stock in the hot Covid period of march 2020, sharks and whales are waiting for every dips possible

I would say that whenever the price is crashing like this, it is time to buy for sure. I get that some people do not like this idea but the reality is that we should definitely be doing a lot better if we keep buying whenever the price is lower. This is why I try to buy more during these periods, but to be fair I am a bit biased because I buy when it is high as well, I just buy and hold and keep doing that no matter whatever the price is.

At the end of the day life is not really that fair to most people and sometimes we do not have the money for it, whenever we do, if we wait until it drops then we may end up spending our money and that is why I buy crypto whenever I have the money for it even if the price is high.

Just like you did, I HOLD but of course, I sell some. Maybe I don't have strong hands to hold forever but doesn't matter because the most important is that I invest in crypto and certainly, I don't miss the chance to sell during the bullish season.

That is very difficult if your mind is already negative and worrying about the situation, and this is what I feel before at times that I don't fully understand the market. But for now, we have the idea why we should have to do this, and in fact, this is also for our own good. Holding will always depend on your strategy and depends on the coins you are holding since not all is  worth it to hold so make sure you hold good coins and know when to sell later on, don't just hold and follow the hype its better if you know what you are doing. Although we have different preferences, but what matters is that it works on us and is giving us good profits. For me, i prefer to hold my coins in long term like a year but if ever i see good opportunity to sell, i always make sure that i won't miss any of it so i also sell some of my coins and the rest are for my future profits. Well, short term hodling is also a good idea so you won't be waiting for so long and yet, others just waiting in vain. At least, every time you sell, you also have to buy back when there is good opportunity to buy again.

That's not a stupid idea if you think that will work for you. You will only know if that is a crap idea or not if it's not effective to you. It's good that you take this bear market as your buying opportunity since you will never know when this trend will happen again.

Most importantly, your asset must come with a strong support from a good community and has a good project roadmap. Most importantly, your asset must come with a strong support from a good community and has a good project roadmap. Unlike my previous coins, they're roadmap failed along the ways and the value these days was really disappointing.

Its very disappointing on our part if we can start buying shitcoins and end up in a terrible loss. And this is the reason that before you decide to buy and hold, make a depth in research first on the projects that you want to invest. There are some projects that seem so unattractive at first but later on, the project create a huge demand on its community and end up hitting its success. Other projects too seem so powerful and very legit, yet in the end they turned into scams.

That's the right thing to do if you can bear the bear market, we don't know the length of time that the market will bleed and so is the floor price of the coins/tokens that you are going to buy, there's a lot of challenge buying in the bear market but it's an opportunity that you don't want to miss, this is the time to double your diligence hear other opinions to come out with a better decision.

If that's your decision then go. It should be the common response to the current trend, buy if we think it's a good buy, then likewise, sell later on if we think that's the good price to sell-off.

Sometimes there are projects that are truly convincing enough to develop in the next ten years. But with differing thoughts about what happened they took a different course of action and made all the big dreams of investors fade away.

We already see that before happens to many projects. They can convince the investors that they have solid teams that work well and have many plans to achieve. But in the middle of the journey, the team has a problem and makes some team members decide to leave the project without thinking about it. So you can hold for the long term but you must have a target when you should sell your coins and enjoy your profit. That is why we need to manage our investment and sell when we are in the profit.

Definitely a stupid idea.

Adopting short term trading just for the reason of high values of crypto is showing about your misunderstanding on crypto investments. I agree that no one could afford right away $43k to buy and hold bitcoin but why you bother about the price of cryptocurrencies now.

You must need to bother about your monthly affordable fund to invest into cryptocurrencies. It can be $50 or $100 or $500 or $1000 or $2000 or even higher than that. Just decide and buy cryptos only for that amount and keep your cryptos for years.

When you regularly buying cryptocurrencies then you will start seeing about your portfolio value increasing slowly over the years which might get you at least 10x growth of your investment money for the case of bitcoin investments.
