This picture is today's viral picture in our crypto community. I hope you have already seen this picture. WTF coin is now a super hyped coin, and the fees.wtf website allows us to see how much we spend on the Ethereum network in fees. Essentially, it allows us to track the ethereum network fees spent activity.Recently, they announced a reward as an airdrop. Following that, this coin has received a lot of attention because, in the past, this type of airdrop has resulted in huge profits for the community. Maybe that is why people want to grab it first before others. It is possible that someone will go buying and have these things happen to him.
 
What are your thoughts on the WTF coin?What might be its price? Your expectations for this project. In title i say 44eth lost becasue if you see the amount he bought at 42 eth i dont think so he is gonna see this much of price. And 1+eth in fees.

WTF coin most confused because have pay twice fee for getting coin, first we need pay for unlock coin with higher value 0.01 eth and later need to pay again for claiming coin. I think is not worth if pay about 0.02 eth trough coin price stuck 0.1$ on MEXC, I don't trust with value listing on Uniswap because liquidity look most confused and have different price between sell and buy, better check with how much coin do you earn and see on mexc market still enough to pay fees or not for coin price.

Yeah, that guy was so stupid. He can buy cheap WTF from MEXC https://www.mexc.com/id-ID/exchange/WTF_USDT rather than wasting his money to buy the garbage token like WTF on uniswap.
The airdrop token was just a short term hype token for a platform that doesn't have good fundamentals like fees wtf. This looks so stupid and i hope he was learning from what he was doing. TBH this coin was a garbage coin and this is not a super hyped coin like uniswap in the past. 200 millions supply and 20 millions USD marketcap. Im not even see where people hyping this coin.

He must have a lot of coins for him to spend that kind of amount money on WTF. That's just absurd for someone average so for sure it's either they just have a lot of money and then deciding to go all in towards the coin. You could try to go with it but it's going to be expensive, based on what the other members have said so it's really up to you if you have extra money for it.

OP, i think that he knows about that but it seems like he was doing the trade when the WTF gets listed on uniswap. He wants to take the opportunity but he doesn't know if he was buying small amounts of WTF token with so many ethereum. Even the whales will not waste a lot of money just to buy less than 1 single token. The current price of WTF token is around 8 cents and it's very low.
He was wasting more than 100k just to buy a few decimals of tokens that were worth almost zero.

He must have a lot of coins for him to spend that kind of amount money on WTF.

He was buying when the liquidity on uniswap was too low but he was expecting a big thing for this airdrop token. That's why he was going all in this token.

that's the sad part. Lol big reward of holding but you need to pay big as well when it comes claiming.  That's is literally a WTF moment for a WTF token. Lmao  perhaps its because of ethereum fees but still not fair you know. For me i will keep holding it until the fees decreased because to be honest that's so expensive..

Oye he has a lot of ETH to spend. He probably won't mind it. But to me, the transaction fee alone is just a waste. but he really put a big amount of money to invest in it.

Uniswap is just not a place for someone who has no experience, I have done several transactions there and there was a time that I tried canceling and wasted $40 worth of ETH since canceling does not cancel gas transactions.

I doubt he's that stupid when he has that much money on his FTX account. It seems like he's a trader/gambler looking to flip this token for a huge profit. Probably the same type of people who made a killing from buying tokens like Shiba Inu and other low caps.

Maybe that amount is nothing to him and he holds more Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies on his portfolio. But to me, that amount is already a lot and I wouldn't gamble with that much Ethereum on coins like WTF. But that's him, maybe he knows something that we don't know and that's the amount that he can afford to lose. But while it's still on hype, he's trying to make a profit and maximize the hype that he's getting in with that coin. Well then, a high risk - high reward move for him.

There has some speculation, "fee.wth" developer is a scammer because the activity of his address have connected with several few token from token sale result and some of them is a scam. The airdrop system can be manipulated, he whitelist his own address to dump the token on market.

I see, claim fee setup was crazy stupid with a few more than 5-10 ETH.

Well,,, the thing is when we all live in an era where even BSC news is showing me the top altcoins with most bullish sentiment and I see half of it is memecoins and NFT coins,,, then I know this is the era where everything goes up in hype.

Hamstercoin, WTF coin, are we kidding ourselves that this is not gambling?

Fees WTF and others this kind of airdrop should not claim until if you have not to benefit to claim and if anyone gets 10k tokens then have worth if you got in 100 plus then no need to claim because your fees will more then airdrop value, the screenshot of 44 ETH is confusing and not understand what is this happens, they have a referral program for fees so I think they have paid to users fees as a referral reward.

I didn't even claim these tokens, because it looks like a scam or making money on the release of useless tokens that everyone will forget about in a few weeks.

An average investors with only limited amount of funds will never try to spend 44 ETH on a mere shitcoin like WTF.
A whale which has too many money and don't know where to spend it with can do this kind of thing.

I'm pretty sure that this has been made by a very rich investor who sees 44 ETH like just a dollar for him/her. Well, it happened already and the owner gambled his/her money for WTF. Maybe sees it as pure stupidity and... I see it like that too . Gambling and stupidity at one action.

This loss is due to lack of liquidity on the uniswap by time he purchase the token. This is common to newly listed token that has a lot of hype. People are rushing just to buy early and most of the time they did not notice how high the slippage just to purchase the token. I witness more horrible than this on many BSC newly listed projects. The money will go to the lucky user that stake there tokens for liquidity on Uniswap. This issue is not happening alone on WTF tokens.

I came across this project today on Twitter, I quickly checked my ether address and discovers I am eligible for the airdrop, but upon calculating the amount I need to spend on fees, I discovered that my airdrop worth isn't not when close to the amount i will spend on fees, so clearly, this one is not worth it.

Means as some people lost huge money, there are other that gained huge amounts of money too.

That guy must become the lucky guy caused by he was able to do swap at the right time. The liquidity of this token is around 200 eth right now and that's quite small. Im feeling curious how much price for each WTH token at that time. Im also skipping my reward as well as the fees is even bigger than the amounts that i can claim it. This token is also has no utility usage and it's worth less to hodl this. Im sure WTF is just another pump and dump token.

Means as some people lost huge money, there are other that gained huge amounts of money too.

We should count how many people lose their houses caused by this token  . That address was swapping at the right time when the liquidity (ETH) was too big compared with the liquidity of WTF token.

that's the point.  it is possible that when it reaches the price of 1 dollar, then we will no longer be able to claim it.  I didn't see if there was any time frame for participating in the drop.
