What Exchanges are you guys using to withdrawal EUR?

I live in Brazil, but I do have a bank account in Europe and I would like to convert some crypto to EUR and withdrawal that to my bank account, in EUR.

What exchanges do you guys recommend? I have used Bitstamp and Kraken before, about 4-5 years ago. Never had any problems with them. But my account is frozen in both exchanges now (they want a new ID document, as it has been a long time)

Have anyone made trades and withdrawal in that exchanges recently? Are those exchange safe? I have no problem with KYC demands, as long as they are reasonable and only ask for ID documents, as I know it is necessary for a fiat withdrawal.

Anyway I would prefer to use Kraken or Bitstamp, because I already have an account there. But I am open to suggestions

Do you have European citizenship though? I can't comment on Kraken and Bitstamp but AFAIK, not so many exchanges allow you to withdraw to a EUR bank account unless you're from Europe. If you do have one, then I would recommend going with either Bitonic (used it multiple times) or BitPanda. If not, then you have Coinmama, in addition to the KYC, they might ask you for the source of funds but you won't have to upload any documents for that. It's a one-time thing they do for new customers.

Kraken works fine for me (also recently), but I'm a Dutch citizen living in the Netherlands. I've never used Bitstamp.

A euro-alternative could be Bitonic, but you should make sure you're allowed to use it from your location (and nationality). As far as I know this is the oldest Dutch Bitcoin exchange. If you can use it, it's easier than using an exchange, but rates on Kraken are better.

Since you have an account there already and you pass their KYC, why don't you ask their support about it? At least for Kraken, I'm sure that they will reply and guide you promptly. After all, they are the ones who know exactly what to do.

FTX.com could be a good choice or alternative for exchanges you are already using, especially when you know how they don't charge any fees on withdrawing Bitcoin and most other coins.  
For Fiat currencies they accept deposits and withdrawals and they (usually) don't charge any fees in EUR (except for BRL 0.3% + R$10 withdrawal fee; or $75 USD for spamming).
I think this is a good combination for no (or low) fees for both crypto and fiat.

There is no need to have a citizenship to use those exchanges and a bank account. I do have an address and a bank account, like if I was living there legally without citizenship (they do not need to know that I live elsewhere, as I provided a valid address with my name in Europe).

To get the valid address, I rented a mailbox in Europe for a month (they provided an address with my name) and created a bank account with that address in an European bank. It worked just fine

I had to do this a few years ago, because it was very hard to buy BTC in brazil in 2017, local  exchanges were very unsafe and the price was like 10-15% higher.

I found out that I was able to reactivate my bitstamp account without handing over any additional document. I just sent there some satoshis and asked for a 30 EUR withdrawal. Let's see how it goes.

For the last five years, all my SEPA withdrawals/ transfers (except one) came one day after my request. Unless I make it on weekends and that's probably an issue of my bank.

That's indeed a very nice trick. However, did you have any limitations regarding this bank account regarding deposits, withdrawals, money transfers, etc?

Euros from Kraken arrive the next business day. SEPA itself is usually instant nowadays, at least within the country. But I guess Kraken batches their transactions.

I used cex.io for a long time for EUR withdrawal and I never had a problem. all transactions were completed almost instantly, sometimes the payment was faster than the notification from my bank.
of course, KYC is mandatory. When we talk about fiat, It's also possible to withdraw in USD, GBP and RUB.
as far as I can see there are no restrictions for Brasil.

I was able to withdrawal using Bitstamp to my bank account.

The euros arrived in the next business day after the withdrawal request (SEPA). It was just a test, so I will try now with bigger values.

In case you are still evaluating, Kraken allows SEPA withdrawal to a personal bank account for a fee of 0.09€; this excludes non-personal bank accounts like Transferwise. Binance is also gradually reinstating SEPA withdrawals (see fees) beside having never disabled P2P transactions.
