I suspect you are fairly new to this world,
so I guess you should start from :
https://www.lopp.net/bitcoin-information/getting-started.html

You will find plenty of resources, where you will be able to go down the rabbit hole in the subject that interest you the most.

I guess you could start from here;

Explain Bitcoin Like I’m Five

Of check my thread here:

5 Resources to teach Average Joe about Bitcoin

Hope it helps

This is a simplified diagram of how blockchain works, but I believe you can find a number of explanations on google.

Source: https://www.ledger.com/academy/blockchain/what-is-blockchain

Please ask questions here that are specific and concrete, since you can easily learn things like this on your own.

Any body help me out to find
What is blockchain! How its created! Its use & benefits?
Though you're a newbie please don't be lazy, just use your search button in Google or even on Youtube to find a better explanation of what you are looking for.  I even found one video on Youtube that explained very simply how Blockchain works and its functionalities for quick research.

Take your precious time searching and digging more information about Blockchain, watching Youtube videos could be more catchy for a newbie like you.
I will tell you, everything is on the internet but make sure it's a legit source, and for further clarification, you can ask here it too.

You can also watch Andreas Antonopolous' conference that clearly explains Blockchains intended for beginners, it'll help you understand the bigger picture of what and how blockchain works.

Now if you want something that's non-technical, you can watch this one instead.

There are now plenty of resources on the internet though, from youtube, reddit, quora and here that explains this concept like your are five year old kid.

Binance has it for you.

Read: https://academy.binance.com/en/start-here

That explains cryptocurrencies and the question that you're asking about blockchain. Actually, as others have said, you have a lot of resources to read on to answer your question.

If you're not too satisfied with all of the links that we've given, it's time for you to make your own research and read those articles about the subject just the way you like it.
