By the way its too early to predict the price of a crypto at the end of the year when the year just began, I expect this year the market will be bearish so probably we can expect the price of ethereum by the end of this year from $3500 to $5000 which is also possible if we didn't enter into the panic trap or else we have to be ready for the lower prices.

Actually the expectation on Bitcoin has exceeded anything now, if you have seen the price of Bitcoin in 2012 and compare it with the current price, I don't think there is any hope that is pending on Bitcoin so what you say is not worth discussing at this time.

I will shoot down your premise though, bitcointalk has been spot on with the predictions throughout last year, until it was broken in December wherein everyone is shooting $100k. But it's beyond our control, Omicron variant poses a threat to the financial market around the world affect crypto.

As for the prediction this year, I'm leaning towards a bear market. Unless there's some big news that will create FOMO maybe, just maybe we will another bull run and hit another all time high, but not in the 6 digit numbers.

Looks like you made a typo because we have entered 2022 and have entered the third week, it seems it is still too early to predict the next bitcoin price.
Better do your own research and information because not all predictions are accurate and as we know many people predict bitcoin price is expected to reach 100k by end of 2021 and reality is not as expected.
or maybe this year it will hit 100k and no one knows when it will happen and just time and patience to reach it.

But if I have to say my piece, I think the price could be between $50k-$80k at the end of 2022. There is no way that we will see that $100k this year.

The reason is that we might be in a sort of bearish trend for the first half and then will recover up to the end of the year. We might see a new all time high if we get lucky, but I will not push for that though so that I'm not going to be disappointment.

Actually the price at the end of the year 2021 was about 43k i think that this price was somewhat good as now it is slightly lower in price but it occurs so many times that sometimes the price goes down and during some events it may again increase in time. So the price of every coin is somewhat unstable no one is exactly sure about the price that what it will be in next month.

80K is a very better price than before as it is also the new ATH ,hopefully between 75K to 80K ! When you look at historical charts of Bitcoin price, you can clearly see that it is constantly growing. There are temporary bubbles and bear markets, but the price is consistently rising. I have no doubt that nothing will change, because the popularity of cryptocurrencies is growing all the time, so at the end of this year I also expect a higher price than it is now.

OP correct the title, we are in 2022, so you have to say end of 2022 and not end of 2021 and about your post I think that at this stage where bitcoin is it is very difficult to predict in which direction the price will go so there is no way to know what will the price be at the end of this year unless we see if the price has dropped below $40,000 or if the price has risen above $47000

Surely you mean 2022, please correct the title so that there is no misinterpretation.
For the price of Bitcoin in 2022, my prediction is, we could be bearish if Bitcoin is not able to go above $50K by the end of the first quarter.
But if Bitcoin can quickly move away from the danger zone around 40K we've seen so far, by November it will hit at least $70K.
I hope so, and I hope it's true because these are all just personal predictions.
