KYC Policy <- Read the terms, everything is explained there.
It is better if you spend your time more to visit the site first to find what you are willing to know, if you cant find it on the website then you can ask it in this thread.
Even he could get details about the KYC requirements if he checked the first few replies of this thread. Previously we have discussed about it here. @TwiceDice Casino, there are several casino registered under the same license of TwiceDice. Are those websites partnered/affiliated with TwiceDice casino? All of them have same UI and design.

I guess KYC is something that really bothers everyone.

Regarding different casinos under the same license, indeed they are managed by the same legal entity.

we are all right to be concerned about KYC and the reason is simple:

How are we going to deliver our documents to anonymous sites that have anonymous owners? it doesn't make sense. but anyway I don't know what governments think when they implemented KYC only on the customers' side instead of being for both parties, that is, customers would only do KYC in casinos where the owners are properly identifiable and for that the casino owners would be forced to post real name and photo in the casino

As the casino is strictly implementing their KYC if you exceed their limits of 2k EUR deposits, then, it is your prerogative if you will continue or not.
The rules are clear and simple. If you don't want to supply your KYC docs, then, better adhere their limits.
This is govern by their gaming license and we can't dictate them to produce their KYC info also.
To avoid possible problem with your accounts while playing on their site, the better thing to do is observe their terms (i.e. their KYC policy).
Otherwise, just play on other casinos which don't require KYC but check their limits also.

Well answer is simple, don't play in anonymous casino sites =) Check the ones with license, 'cause it's not given to anyone, who just decided to buy it. Check casino ratings, there are plenty respectful casino reviewing websites and many ways to check, if casino is trustworthy.
Sorry, but there are really not much companies, who post their owners faces and personal data on their product, 'cause Internet don't give promises to take good care of this data.

I really don't know any respectful, licensed casino that don't ask KYC: Duelbits does, Stake does, so as TwiceDice.

If you found out some casino doesn't require KYC I would suggest to check it up and down before playing there, AML law is still applicable for everyone.

Yes, it is annoying, but there will come a time when everything will be a KYC, but I think that the most annoying is the case where there are players willing to play in the casino and pass their KYC but they belong to prohibited countries, if this is the case I think that the The very licenses that are issued are the ones that should not be allowed by casinos.

Most licenses are issued under the same rules for all casinos, I think that is why KYC comes into effect for this reason.

Yes.

It's because that most of us don't really want to get into KYC because there were instances that some are basing the reason from their experiences.

But there's no problem to it, as long as you get to ask it only if some circumstances has been caught through that gambler and it's against to your policy while the rest who don't have any problem gets to gamble into your casino freely without the worry of being kyced.

We'll be looking at how players' experiences are from this site. We can best assess them based on that. I don't think we should judge this site based on the KYC. As long as everything is in the terms and conditions, I don't think this is a problem. It is always such a job to go through the entire conditions. That is actually impossible, you can always miss something. Terms are not always very clear. Good thing is that they offer decent coins variety.

You will always be asked KYC by Casino.

Almost 99% of Casino can ask KYC, never trust anything for Centralized Casino even they're mention anonymous feature. If you want gambling without "KYC" you should pick On-Chain Betting, all of your win by smartcontract.

-snip-
Indeed.

Why everyone judge casino by KYC, should be from promotion, deposit and withdraw speed, platform interface, game and other things.

I couldn’t agree more. It would be just unfair to make a judgment that is solely based on KYC of a casino. I know and I can relate that many are not fond of KYC because of privacy and information theft matters, but we should also look upon the reasons why it is being implemented and if the procedure is secure and such. We must look at the entirety of the casino.

Maybe because this is what makes or breaks them. There are people that does not want to share their identity and prefer to be anonymous but for us, a little KYC wont hurt as long as there are the key features that we look for when choosing a casino. Centralized casino promise for anonymous feature?

That is odd but maybe what they mean anonymous feature is that you can hide your name, email and other personal details from other gamblers when you play on their site because there are casinos that do not have this feature yet and it is annoying because someone will message you later on and ask for a tip (money) because they can see your winning bets.

We've been into centralized casinos and I think that's all due to easier means of gambling with them.

But I agree with your suggestion, I may try to get into those onchain betting soon. What do you suggest for being onto this type of betting and what platform do you think shines the most?

Because it is the hottest topic to talk although I believe those who likes to judge like that are not even gambler Smiley. If they are real gambler no matter in fiat or crypto, they should have noticed that KYC is not something "taboo" these days because most casino has the right to request their players to complete KYC based on their official terms and conditions. I think they are just too worried about it but they do not know the fact because they never tried.

Actually, people try to judge the crypto casino by the terms of KYC. Because, most of them consider crypto casino as an anonymous betting platform. This belief was true in the past, but it has been changed now for the regulation of crypto casino gambling license. I have made a list here: Information of Crypto Casinos License and KYC requirements. Currently there are 42 casinos in the list including TwiceDice casino. Only 3 casinos don't have KYC policy among those 42 casinos. However, TwiceDice have gambling License and they reserve the right to ask for KYC verification to their users (based on the terms).

BTW, I agree with both of you. Bettors should judge a casino by the promotions, speed of withdrawals, availability of support team, not by the KYC. Real gamblers judge a casino by those factors. Non gamblers worries much about the KYC. We should remember that KYC isn't a mandatory thing yet.
