Hi all luckydiamond.io just scam me now then they removed the game mines after i go them and tell them
They have unfair system in game mines as when i noticed Everytime i play highroll i will loss my bets so i try my last lost to verify my bet so the result show not like what in game result show mines number 16 but in game mines is 11 because they let me loss after i go and tell them about that they edit it then they removed the game as they said bug and loss last month ...i don't care about your loss because iam join and play and iam lossing my money there

I assume this just happened today. If you have complete evidences and proofs about what had happened, you can compile all of them and post it in the scams and accusations board. Much better if you'll have pieces of screenshot prior the incident and after the incident so that they could assess and check what happened. I see that you have a video as a proof, that would work as well. Just indicate in your post in a detailed manner what made you say that luckydice have scammed you. Include as well what you did right after the incident. Write what the customer service told you and how did they plan to resolve it and did they act to ever address your concern or not.

Hopefully, your problem would be resolved as it involves money and trust. Keep us update on what will happen about this case. May their team act on it asap.

Referring to the recent update on their ANN thread, the mine game was removed as they claimed users keep complaining about bugs with this game and it's a total disaster leading to lots of negative reviews about their site. And unfortunately, you also experienced the same before the removal.

I don't know how will they compensate you but they should since it's not the user's fault.

No bro its not bug as they said iam loss Everytime i play with highroll iam try ro verify every bet with highroll i see not like show in results of verify bets section absolutely they cheat to let people loss there money or they look like have anti-loss system for there money in game mines i don't care about 16$ iam just want people stay away from there

But yes, users should now be cautious playing on that site. If they are unable to find the solution to it, that's a sign that they can't handle the future problems related to it.

If indeed your allegation refers with absolute confidence along with valid evidence why not just file a fraud allegation in a special thread? Because here we also never gamble there. So if you say 10000% of it has been stolen and it has cost you money, what the casinos are doing is very useful if you can attach all the evidence.

As there have been many complaints in mining games that are considered bugs, of course, you are not the only one who is affected. however when you deny that it's not a bug but an act of cheating.

File it all in the Scam Accusation thread. Hopefully, there is a representative who can respond to the complaint and resolve your issue.

Since you have the proof, you can create a scam accusation following the board format and I'm sure some DT member will tag them which is needed urgently. Only then house will come and respond what actually happened. Otherwise, I don’t think they will even care to respond.

What you should do when you have a solid proof or big proof then create a scam accusation thread on the scam accusation board which is suitable for this kind of thread to spread awareness that it is a scam. If there are many people complian about the game then you should have leave and never gamble their if the issue isn't solve or they didn't solve it for a long time. Gambling sites like that are not good as they didn't care about their site that much and only intend to earn profit from gamblers. Better find a new gambling site that you can gamble safely.

^ They should not let this happen, it probably ruins their reputation and if I were them I will be sent a refund to OP, I don't think that is a big amount to send a refund. That is their fault, not the user if they have a huge loss because of the bug and did not inform their user, it seems that action because fraud and a red flag should be deserved from them. However, to warn other gamblers, you can compile all your evidence to the scam accusation as what they said and create a threat there.

Error like this is normal to a new gambling site but its better to solve the problem than to delete the games on their platform, it more looks suspicious because of this move on removing the game. Try to contact them again OP and ask for a refund since its their fault in the first place. They should cooperate if they want to save their reputation, or else they can be consider as a real scam site.

The thing here is they needed to wait for many complaints before acting in that bug? they should have deleted the game from the beginning if they cannot keep the bug out.

and besides they should have conducted a Bug Hunt for gamblers(with payments of course) if they really wanted to make their site more reliable , with this action they made?
I'm afraid if I am going to believe that this is a Bugs but instead this is intentional and only hiding in that Bug reason .

They need to compensate the victims or they will clearly lose their trust from bitcointalk members .

I don't think $16 is a good reason, the luckydiamond gambling site wants to damage its own reputation, it's very unlikely for me, the value of $16 just making a deposit is half gone, what else to place a bet.

That way it will be easier to read for everyone and the scam accusation will be checked thoroughly, much faster. Bad gambling casinos should not get away easy with bad actions just because your thread got lost in the wrong subforum.
