Well in my opinion, this thread is for caution only as we are waiting for the result if what op claimed is true and see if the site owner have something to say. We don't know that op may abuse their system or they are the one who scam op. Based on the previous post, scamming a gambler worth of $25 is not worth it to destroy your site's reputation and also your reputation as a gambling site owner or creator. We don't know that the owner might solve this or op's claim is true.

Yes, $25 isn't a reason enough for a certain site to ruin its reputation. We all know how hard it is to put up a good name so I guess they wouldn't break their site's name just for such a small amount unless they have been doing it for small gamblers for a long time. I hope that the team behind the site would do something to explain their side.

I don’t want to take risk creating an account on this site though I really want to try maybe if they solve this problem already. I’m pretty sure OP already contact them since its been months and until now no response yet I wonder their reason for such delay and maybe they have a good one. Thanks for keeping us updated, now while I obviously wish you the best and hope that you recover your money, if this does not happen at least you are helping the community by reporting them so we know the kind of people that are behind that casino and that they will do anything to extract a few more satoshis out of their players.

Personally it bothers me that they do this, after all when it comes to gambling casinos already have an edge over you, and that should be more than enough to cover their operation expenses and turn out a profit without the need to scam anyone.

The casino in question don't have any good reputation at all to be protected and I don't where did the OP see this casino. I believe the casino is new or the owner don't have enough manpower to run the casino since it has no support and the template of the is very common. I don't want to become bias and one sided on this issue but the casino support don't reply yet so it means that they are not really scamming OP but rather they are not aware on the issue.

I really believe that this casino is under development phase that's why everything in there is a messed. I saw on the screenshot of OP about his mail that he offers his service to boost the transaction speed of withdrawal so I'm not completely buying on this issue.

Here to warn you about a site called luckybird.
You don't have to be a genius to figure out that the online number of the site is fake.
Most "people" on chat are randomly generated bots.
They will pay out your first withdraw, but will deny all others in hopes of luring more cash from you.

Games resulting in a DRAW do not refund any balance, the house just takes everything from both sides. Doesn't matter if you are playing against a bot or a real user.

We must remember that a lot of newbies have not adjusted their mentality about what to expect of this market, in the fiat markets if there is something wrong you can always run to the bank and hope that they fix things for you, so people are not really as careful as they should about their money, but in this market in which you are your own bank there is nowhere to run to, if you put your money on the hands of scammers you are on your own, so most newbies do not perform their due diligence as they should and lose money they should not have lost if they did their due diligence.

It's good to see the new management might be able to work something out with you but make sure that if they stipulate that you must remove any negative press about them that you let them know you will only edit your comments if they make whole on your accusation.

If they pay you, then do ask them for the interest of 10 months, which is highly unlikely.
Nevertheless at first say me, why did you put your hard earned money on such a newbie casino? More greed always leads to end, so yes it would have been great if you could have put your greed in control and played in reputable casinos.
