I don't know if you mean a wallet or a service such as Coinbase. In my opinion, it is the safest exchange on the market right now. I have been using their card for several years and I have no problems with it. I think it is also possible to have an IBAN, but just make sure yourself:

I’m just looking for bitcoin site were i can receive btc, store it and be able when i want to excange to eur or usd and be able to send it to my bank account.
I need that my EUR wallet have a iban like Nuri (ex Bitwala) were i can also receive my salary for exemple,or money from my family, friend. Be able also to send them bank transfer or to anyone i want.
Nuri do it but they approuved my account and close it for any reason.
