Some people are saying 2022 will become the year of the metaverse, as mainstream adoption for this new trend accelerates at a very fast pace. We ain't seen nothing yet with "De-Fi" and "NFTs" as the best is yet to come. Slowly but surely, the number of new crypto projects aiming to bring the metaverse to the mainstream world is increasing. This could be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to make huge profits in the long term as metaverse-based tokens skyrocket like crazy.

That said, I'm on the hunt for the best metaverse tokens money can buy. Do you which are the top tokens to consider as a long-term investment? Any suggestions, and/or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

That's quite difficult to determine this right now as almost all of metaverse tokens are getting dumped so hard and it seems like this is the end for the play to earn hype. If you wanna use this as long term investment and it may be good waiting for another wave to come but it seems like so many metaverse are undervalued right now just like mana, sand, blok, ilv and many more. The bitcoin is so stable right now but metaverse is dumping together. This can be a sign of the end of metaverse era.

Any suggestions, and/or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Can't give you a recommendation as the majority of metaverse tokens are still plunged so hard and is not it better waiting for a bit longer until there will be a signal for the metaverse token to recover again, right? I have mentioned above but the choice is yours. I hope that you can also consider the trend is in the bearish mode.

Can't be sure which top metaverse is good but I chose Decentraland (MANA) as the best metaverse coin for a long time, I keep a few of these coins in my portfolio, because I have previously seen some news about someone investing in this token with millions dollar then I'm very interested, Decentraland is where we can have land in the virtual metaverse.

I think Metaverse 2022 will have more to come. Are you waiting for the new one?

It's only Axie infinity shard (AXS) I am closely following. I am so certain metaverse would be a good project to invest in for long term profit and it's better with the early birds. At least I have come to know about MANA, the sandbox and Gala from sunsilk which I would definitely have to check out. The goal is to join the any good project while it's early so as to cash out when others are doing same

This is a great list of good metaverse and I can also say that they are indeed good projects for long term investment. There's no need of forcing yourself to get in even if the prices are low if you're out of budget.

You have to do it at your most comfortable time and when you're not struggling financially so you can buy within your budget and you've got plenty of spares to spend.

That's just based on what I think so I ended up with that list. I guess there are also other metaverse projects that others are finding out and it's all up to you guys if you're going to buy them. Just make sure that you make your own research before the purchase.

They start strong with a huge reward pool to attract players but their system is unsustainable resulting to a quick dry up of their pool. For me, Axie is still the best investment but I don't know if they are capable on my part to hold in a long term, other than that, it's pure hype that could be useless soon.  Let's just be careful always upon choosing an investment, just to be safe always and choose the proven and tested one.

Treat metaverse token as just any other type of token, which can be subjected to possible pump and dump or abandonment.
This is why I won't suggest any of them for long-term investment. It is the current hype and we have no idea about their survival in this market.
They may be good for short-term investments, but still, you need to be selective with the project that you are going to invest with.
These developers won't be worried if one day their project collapsed, especially if they got their pockets full already.

When prices are not very cheap anymore like when it started, it's not going to be a good idea to start buying anymore. Waiting is likely the best strategy for you, MANA was once $0.02 only, this is very affordable which you know if you buy today the tokens could just be dumped on you. This is the same with Enjin.

Axie (AXS) is better than the list that you know since it's on top of the meta games. That RON token might just be a good investment for someone who wants to enter the metaverse.

If I was to concentrate on the metaverse, I would allocate some of my intended capital to the ones that has already gotten a few share of the market dominance but concentrate more on those building. Project likes sandbox and decentralized land, Axie Infinity, gale etc will be put under watch and grabbed immediately the market provide such opposite through the series of corrections we are to expect in the coming months.

Like I said, my main focus will be on those just launching because they have the best chance to give more profit if the hype was to return on the metaverse. It feels like people are yet to understand how big this sector could be considering Facebook had to rename their company just to have the first mover advantage.

Buy some tokens that are already there but buy them when their price is currently low because there is no doubt that this year 2022 would be a Metaverse year where multiple NFTs will be launched from those existing projects. Depending on how they promote their project to the investors, the price of their tokens will surely increase this year. But it's nice to save some time and take some research on which tokens will be more trending this year when they release their new updates.

@Abiky. You can find much of the good long term investments during a bear market. Do not be looking for them now because the whole market might be in the risk of being in the beginning of the bubble pop. This might make a different type of long term investor out of you hehehe.

The qualities to value in a project as a long term investment is a good development team, the quality of the project and their funding.

It will not be easy to search for the top metaverse because many metaverse projects are still trying to be the top project in the metaverse.
Maybe I will pick Mana, Sandbox, and AXS because I have all of those tokens and have held them until now.
But I think the other tokens will have good progress as we do not know which project will increase in the future.
We need to research for more to find the metaverse tokens as many tokens will have the same opportunity to increase.
The important is that you must use the money you can afford and consider the risk of investing in the metaverse tokens.

I never know that Axie Infinity was one of the metaverse token, but anyway, honestly speaking I have no idea in which nft games are ood under metaverse token. Just all I know the nft games that are good so far was Axie Infinity, Mir4, and Cryber dragons(BNX) and Thetan as well too. These games of nft are good to me they are all legit giving a good profit anyhow.

If you are asking about a well-known metaverse project and want to invest for the long term, I would suggest SANDBOX because this project has partnered with a lot of big names and companies.

However if you are looking for a project that is new, and has not yet entered the market, I would suggest CyberTrade, this project also has many big partners and of course this will make this project very successful when it enters the market.

It's definitely SANDBOX and MANA for now because there already many big brand invest on those metaverse and the project also looks promising and developing progress is also there. Eventhough metaverse projects is still early and there will be a lot of improvement once it launched, the concept of metaverse is already make a lot of people interest by imagine it how it will be when it's on perfect form.
