the planned crash is to move the dump as far into the future as possible. The December 21, 2025 was specified around a tangible date to have, but at the latest starting from this day the crash is to be initiated.
A crash before the planned day is possible. It depends on how the investors behave. If many of the investors have understood the idea behind the announced crash, then there will be no reason to sell immediately or shortly after the start, just to make a quick buck.

i don't know if what you are planning to contribute to charity will be realised or not. but that's an old technique how to attract naive investors. also there's no guarantee that your planned date in 2025 about your pnd will happen. this project may not even be alive next year. so when you say you are planning to crash it by 2025, i don't know who are you going to convince this statement. because the value of your token still depends on the market sentiments, you can't manipulate such event. but my impression says, this project may be abandoned before this year ends. you can always prove us wrong...
