how not to panic if the price of bitcoin always experiences a dump?
to be honest I bought bitcoins at $50k and seeing bitcoins now at $19k is a pain. So do you think I should hold and not panic?

Panic is natural because we are all human but all we need is to control and have a positive mindset to prevent regret in the future. Yes 19k is a pain if you use your funds or main money to invest but if you use your existing money or let's say extra money then all I can say is that don't need to worry because as we all know that bitcoin is the king of all crypto currencies which trusted enough to be invested so just relax and focus on investing.

Panic works in us because we don't have extra money that will stay beyond our needs. So after investing when we notice that the price of that token is starting to decrease at an additional rate.  Then a fear of losing that money works in us. which makes us panic. And then we sell those tokens at a loss in the interest of saving the remaining money even if there is some loss

The mistake that most of us new traders make is that if the market goes down for some reason then we panic and sell the tokens that we bought at a higher price. If it is down, we will not panic and hold the tokens we have bought for the future and when we remember. I'm used to dealing with situations like this, when I don't really need cash then I will hold it in the long term, cryptocurrencies can always rise, if we panic then we lose, it's better to follow my way of selling by adding 15% profit, then leave filled on spot exchanges.

well, holding is definitely one solution in this problem. only, it needs to meet certain criteria. like, we're holding the right coin. if we don't hold the right coin, then holding can backfire on us. maybe, for popular coins like bitcoin, ethereum, bnb, sol, and other popular coins, holding can be a solution in crypto problems. however, for new altcoins, or less well-known coins, we need to rethink, and hold back because they are based on good information. some things from my experience hold altcoins like that, most of them all lose their price.
