So you admit that this has nothing to do with the actual Shiba Inu and has no official ties to its team or even have their permission to use the name and its logo?
You realize you can't just copy an entire project without the creator's permission right? I tell you now, no one would want a copycat, let alone a shitcoin's copy-cat.
It would be best if you guys would just think of another name for the entire project.

Yeah and then go to the shiba community on telegram group and ask them with your token. I do believe if mostly of them will call this as a shitty garbage coin. If you didn't believe with my statement and then you can try it right now.
Using the name of popular token to raise the popularity for your token will be only making people are massively calling scam for your token but i can't deny the fact that if this just another scam token.

Really maybe atleast you change the name not total copied the whole name from Shib, who will invest in this meme if this has no originality? Even usecase, I find it very common. Do you have any product to release in the future? Or this is just a meme like hundreds of joke meme out there?

He's the creator? If you really meant for this token to be acknowledged by the entire Shiba Inu community, you need proper approval and endorsement from the team who created it. That's the ethical way of doing it.
You don't just copy a name and then sell it expecting that nobody would raise an eyebrow. Then again, who's gonna stop you from copying the name, logo, even its features right?
This is just similar to how people quickly created a bunch of "safe" tokens when Safemoon got hyped. Safemars, SafeElon, SafeDoge, Safewhateverthefucktheycallit; at the very least, those guys have the courage to vary the name a little bit. You on the other hand just plainly copied it. Lazy AF.

I agree with you, they just wanted to make quick money on the promoted name, it would be more ethical to change the name of the token a little and promote it themselves , but it's also easier to copy , take a ready- made one and not bother
