AFAIK, it's centralized and if you think that 1 sat is a reasonable price. It won't move anymore as it seems if that's the price of it is at that price then it can be said that it's dead.

Talk token is the same like those shit scam meme token. This spam token is used by yobit to get traffic on its crypto forum site. This token exist since a few years ago when cryptotalk got introduced to the market.
Cryptotalk was almost dead and it has no traffic anymore. It's used by bunch of yobit shill to keep talking non sense thing. Even with the current price, investing in this token means you are only wasting your money to buy shit token. This token doesn't have utility usage and this used by cryptotalk poster to spam its forum.
So, who are they that said there will be good updates? this is bullshit and don't believe them. You must keep your money to invest in the legit project rather than gambling with this shitty talk token. It's better to take a look at valeor project rather than try to put your money into the shit token like that but do your own research. it's just a momentary hope in my opinion,,we also won't know how the development of the token even though it's only in a small market that exists today..because there are a lot of tokens we can't predict what will happen in the future and the worst thing will.happens when you focus too much on one token that is believed to be successful.
so I think it's better to play it safe by not investing too much in the token..

The token listed on the yobit or ico/iso or something like that from yobit I do not take part. I mean I do not buy these types of token. According to the price of the talk token which is mentioned on the link cant reach into 10 sat. Even right now there is no buy order. So, there is no valid reason to be 10 sat.

i think they will list it in DEFI market like they did with LIMI and it does increase from 5 sat to +30 sat

Investing in coins like this is extremely risky. It's too cheap, clearly abandoned for good (if I found the right token, it lost 96% of its value compared to the ATH point), and it's barely traded, so if you buy some, you probably won't ever be able to sell it. I honestly don't get how people seriously consider stuff like that when the market is full of promising coins. Especially now, when the prices dropped a lot! Are you new to crypto, and so is the crypto market. The bull run in the past year, have the junk coins on Yobit also increased in price? Many coins developed on Yobit are non-transferable. There are dozens of coins in Yobit we can only buy but cannot sell unless we are prepared to risk losses.
