However, selling/buying private accounts might be considered as an act of abuse according to T&C of Coinlist. Especially if creating an account requires providing personal info documents by going through KYC procedure.

Coinlist often works with startup projects to host private sales. The platform requires customer kyc to participate to every sale. I believe the OP's goal is to want to increase his chances of getting whitelisted spots by registering multiple accounts on the platform or he's a banned citizen.

Yes i have checked the website and seems to have a solid TOS and this is why op is looking for a help hand here. I am sure that OP's goal is to increase his chances of getting whitelisted spots by registering multiple accounts on the coinlist platform, a banned one won't ask for multiple accounts.

It's like selling your KYC data for only 10$. No sensible person will do that. If he would be give me 100$ for this task, i will nt risk my personal details.

 Why not just use an escrow service maybe that will help than someone to sell off his kyc to you via account verification, why if the account seller is being track for illegal activities

That wasn't 20 usdt dude, but he just gonna paid your verified coinlist account for $10 in trc20 usdt.
Hopefully, most of the people here (especially newbies) wouldn't be lured by this offer, it doesn't make sense to throw your sensitive information for small amounts of dollars.
