Im using this before and can used the exchange without kyc. But as far as I know they are requirinow now kyc but not sure about that right now. I think they are probably some amount that can used or trade even without kyc. Most of the exchange are allowing to trade but has limited daily the common is 2k withdrawals of usdt worth like on ftx.
