What you are offering is something unrealistic. According to the present market conditions you are offering $30 USD approximately for a 500 words article. So for a 1000 word article you would be offering $60 approximately.

What I want to know is that is this amount in BTC fixed? Another thing that I would like to know is that is this amount already escrowed to a third party wallet before someone starts working for you or the total amount depending on the number of articles you require have been escrowed? As in my opinion the amount you are paying for 500 words sounds too much.

I think you understood it wrong. He is not paying 30$ for 500 words. He is offering his service, where he will charge 30$ or 0.0009 btc for a 500 words articles.
Secondly, You can get the same 500 words articles in 5$ on fiverr, why would anyone spend 30$ for this

OP has no idea about the service he is in, we have writers who can write for $10 or less and you are right for $5 and $2 service you can get a decent 500 words article on FIVERR and these are top-rated writers with good feedback coming from past clients that are showing in their profile, with OP we do not have an idea how good he is, to ask for $30 per 500 words.
