Early Notice to the Crypto Community: Decker Network

This serves as an early notice for transparency and fair launch of Decker Network. We will be taking a snapshot of the Ethereum
blockchain account balances using Google Bigquery using the table bigquery-public-data.crypto_ethereum.balances soon. The top
20 million accounts will be able to participate.

What is Decker Network?
Decker Network is a NPOS blockchain based on the Substrate framework like Kusama and Polkadot.

How will the tokens be distributed?
99% of the initial supply will be distributed to the community based on Ethereum snapshot. Any of the top 20 million accounts will
be able to particiate and get a portion of the genesis. For every 0.001 ETH in your account, you will get 1 share. Each account
will have a cap of 100,000 shares. Right before the mainnet launch, we will create the genesis block distributing 99% of the initial
supply proportionally to all shares. (**edit, more details in the second post)

When will I be able to claim the shares?
This post is an initial announcement to let everyone have advanced notice. We will post the final details when everything is ready.
Those interested with more than 100 ETH can break their ETH into multiple addresses if they don't want to be affected of 100,000 shares cap
for each account. Those with ETH in exchanges will also have a chance to put their ETH in their wallet to be able to create digital
signatures.

How will the claim process be?
In order for participants to be safe, they will only need to prove that they own the Ethereum address using digital signatures to
claim their shares.

We have not yet taken the snapshot so everyone still has time. Here are the
following details on how the genesis distribution will go:

Ethereum snapshot based on Google Big Query

All Ethereum accounts with 0.02 ETH or more will get x100 DNC capped at 100,000 DNC. This means if you have 0.02 ETH or more at the time of the snapshot, you will get anywhere between 2 DNC and 100,000 DNC.

Polkadot snapshot based on https://polkashots.io/

All Polkadot accounts with 0.02 DOT or more will get x100 DNC capped at 100,000 DNC. This means if you have 0.02 DOT or more at the time of the snapshot, you will  get anywhere between 2 DNC and 100,000 DNC.

Kusama snapshot based on https://polkashots.io/

All Kusama accounts with 0.02 KSM or more will get x100 DNC capped at 100,000 DNC. This means if you have 0.02 KSM or more at the time of the snapshot, you will get anywhere between 2 DNC and 100,000 DNC.

We will be taking the snapshots of the 3 chains at the same time and prepare the genesis state of the Decker Chain. For every 1 DNC given to the community we will add 0.01 DNC to the Decker team. This means when the Decker Network launches, 99.01% goes to the community and 0.99% of the supply goes to the team. Preparations are being made to launch the Decker Network and taking these snapshots will be one of the last steps. Once the snapshots are taken, there will be more reviews to ensure everything is smooth then we will launch the mainnet and your DNC tokens will be waiting for you.

It's great to see that the team took the time to announce the upcoming launch of this coin here on Bitcointalk since most of the time not many projects do such thing, they just launch without even telling anyone, kinda like a secret launch.
In would be nice to know the exact date of the snapshot though. Is it possible for the team to share that information here as well?

That's good to hear. Although, I still don't understand what this blockchain is for.
Is there a website where we can check a few things about it? I checked the discord but there isn't much information on it as well.

This thread is just for early notice. There's no more information at the moment aside from the fact that Decker is a blockchain based on Substrate like Polkadot and Kusama and 99.01% of the initial supply will be airdropped to about 20 million addresses.

On Ethereum block 14,200,000 (on Valentine's day), we will take a snapshot of all Ethereum balances with 0.02 ETH or more and combine it with the snapshot on block 0 (Ethereum genesis block) and form the genesis of the Decker Network.

There will be no ICO and no premine.
100% of all the initial supply of Decker Network will be airdropped to more than 16 million Ethereum addresses.
Each address in the snapshot will get 200x the amount of ETH (capped at 50,000 ETH per address):

Addresses below 0.02 ETH: Not included in the Decker genesis.
Addresses with 0.02 ETH to 50,000 ETH: Will get 200x DNC (4 DNC to 10M DNC)
Addresses with 50,000 ETH or more: Will get 10M DNC.

After the snapshot, we will process the data and get ready to launch the Decker Network.

Decker Network will be based on Substrate https://substrate.io/ and with the way it will be distributed, we are hoping to make it the biggest and fairest and most successful DAO in the space.
