connect theta wallet to ledger nano s

 Hi all . When i try to connect my theta wallet to my ledger nano s i get message saying  ....ledger not connected  ,even though it is . i could always connect before this way and view balance etc but now cant see wallet . [ i run a ] n elite edge node  ] btw . any ideas .  could i try using theta board [ i think i would still have to connect to hardwear wallet [ ledger ]  ..... ?    thanks for any help .

Have you tried to use their official wallet ? Their software supports Hardware wallets, so you could try.

Just go to their web site, https://www.thetatoken.org/, click on wallet then you can just connect your ledger nano.

I never tried to use it, just following the basic guide from the official token website.

It seems like that your problem isn't something unique to you OP. A quick Reddit search on their sub lead me to some complains[1][2][3] about the same issue that you're having. I also found a Twitter thread[4] where some users were experiencing the exact same issue. What seems to have worked was one (or both) of the following actions:

• Trying to connect to the Ledger device using other browser. If you were using Chrome I would try with Firefox (it seems that this is the one that ends up working considering the comments);
• The device/wallet may be out of sync and some users suggest keep trying by reloading the app/page.

I guess that it never hurts stating that you also should check if your device is updated with the latest firmware...

If I understood the problem properly, you are not using Ledger's Theta wallet but a different one. From what I can see on Ledger's official website where they are displaying the supported crypto assets, Theta is natively supported on Ledger Live. If you can't connect whatever wallet you are using now, you could try to move your coins to Ledger's Theta wallet. You already got the hardware wallet, might as well take full advantage of it.
