latest reply, he said he sent the coins to an exchange. So, only the exchange's support team can help him recover his coins.
And if am reading it right, he sent 2.100 usdt which is not a small amount and he should definitely re-contact them and try to explain what happened in details. Because judging by their reply (to contact polygon support!), they are either trying to fool him or the support agent has no clue on how ethereum and polygon networks work.
With 2100 USDT, the exchange should help, I explained that too in the first post I dropped on this thread. But if we should speak of the true here, this is a scam happening amount exchanges, there are many people that sending to another network on an exchange in a way the coin sent will be lost forever which is accessible to the exchange. I hope if he contact the exchange customer, they will be able to recover the money for him. It would have been easier and better if the private key is his.
