Abuse of rank in Bitcointalk from TwitchySeal and Sportsbet.io

Hi today i was surprised to find in my profile this user TwitchySeal   posted a bad reputation against me
saying to not click any link .... i sent

but the problem is i never sent to this member any message and i did never replied or talked to him in the forum before
plus i don't even post links

the only clue i find he might have a reason to attack me is he works for Sportsbet.io and maybe i supported a memeber here who have a problem with sportbet.io before thats why he tries to abuse his rank .

i will wait this user TwitchySeal or Sportbet.io to bring a proof of his accusasion against me  untill then i believe he is a spammer and he use his rank to abuse others and maybe thats the way Sportbet.io do to blackmail others who doesnt like them or expose them

edit i sent that user a message and sent him the link to bring any proofs i doubt he will find any proof as i never contacted him and i never heard of him untill he posted on my profile anyway he have no excuse to not see this post

Looking at your other feedback from last week (both negative and before TwitchySeal left his), it would appear that you tried to pull off some kind of scam yourself--assuming you trust the screenshots that were provided in the reference link that was given.  I don't know who did what in this case, but with respect to the red trust you got from TwitchySeal....there isn't much you can do about that. 

Maybe you can work it out with him in this thread, but I suspect that if members who see this thread look at your trust page they're not likely to give you much support (not that it would do you much good anyway).

I think my feedback is pretty valid and I hope nobody clicks any affiliate links in your unsolicited pms.  So no, I won't remove it - at least not now.  Knock off the bullshit and ask me again in 3 months and I'll reconsider.

So, you accuse Sportsbet just because someone ^TwitchySeal who wears their signature leaves the negative tag on you? And now you expect from Sportsbet to get involved in your paranoid theory? Are you serious?

Why you do not complain to other two negative tags on your profile before TwitchySeal tag you?

I had seen the OP in several threads and I could smell it was going to end up like this. Seeing that two people have red tagged him and one of them is on my trust list, I trust that the feedback left by both of them is accurate.

Also, looking at the reference thread, I see that it was when I read him there that I thought it was going to end badly.

But the person who accused you even has proof that you sent him messages, and it's pretty clear you sent him an affiliate link.

Well, I have a question for the community. Is it forbidden to PM Affiliate link to anyone even it is not shortened or even it's a reputed casino? I guess I can feel the OP's intention. If I am not wrong. He recently found that the bdosusd is a high roller. So, If he can bring him under his affiliate. He could get a nice commission from bdosusd wager.

I also checked all the screenshots. Look like they started the fight when the OP asked him to PM from bdosusd alt account to confirm that this is his account. So they had some fight in PM. As You can see from his quoted posts. He didn't complain that the link was Suspicious or Phishing. bdosusd even signed up with the link. So, I guess the link was legit. The main Problem is, OP Refused to send him 1 LTC that he was supposed to Tip bdosusd. That's why bdosusd posted that publicly. I don't know if it can be a Valid reason to tag him. About sharing links, I don't know the rules. I Hope you guys will help me understand. I just shared my opinion. I am not supporting the OP.

My guess is the OP runs some kind of affiliate marketing business. It appears the OP "runs" the website martingalecalculator.com, which is the same as his forum handle, and any negative reputation on this forum would likely negatively affect the above website.

Also, although I don't know for sure, I think there is a high probability the OP has dome similar things in the past to get people to sign up via his affiliate link. I would find it strange if someone running an affiliate marketing business were to offer exactly one person money to sign up via his affiliate link and not pay.

You are right that OP is running affiliate marketing business but op doesn't care either about the profile of the OP or of the website of the OP. I have just checked the website of the OP and it is showing error saying "Missing required parameters: c". And also, showing connection is not secure of the website of the OP.

Thanks for the clarification. I was not aware of it. It will help me in the future. But, What if someone asks me to send a link via PM? Can I send it if someone asks to? In this case, I guess that guy was agreed to sign up via OP's link and then he send the PM. I am not sure. Hope OP will clarify this.

If the OP makes his victim whole, he should have his trust issues resolved. Although as I mentioned, I think the chances are high that this person engaged in similar behavior in the past.

You are not allowed to spam referral links in forum posts. Sending a ref link in a PM is acceptable, as long as you are not sending an unsolicited PM.

I believe it is okay to send a referral link if it is in agreement with the other party; the rules only apply to unsolicited PMs. For example, sending PMs to a large number of recipients you have not communicated with before is an absolute no-no.

It is al longer known that many DT members are abusing their DT status, and operating with many of their alt accounts.
The big question I also have how on earth it is possible and allowed why accounts who are working for sportsbet.io doe have a DT status? That is unfair and unethical, but sportsbet.io is pumping a lot of money into the forum.
