It depends on the strategy used, it is very possible it will be like the support is $33000 but the price can dip more further after little significant bull market. To know when to buy can be hard for investors at times until the bear is finally over, but what you can do is to buy as the price is falling so that when the bear market ends, you will be able to have maximum profit.

Yes, it is a good time to buy now. Hopefully, the bear is leaving now since the price is up again and the bitcoin price can go back to $38k. But we do not know if the bear will come again. The last bottom price of bitcoin is at $33k so hopefully, it will not go down to that price or even lower to $30k.

This situation makes the market rise, although not much, but I am sure the altcoin will get the impact of increasing bitcoin price. I suggest you research and analyze for more to see when is the right time to buy back bitcoin.

It depends on a lot of factors: you, how much you want to invest, strategy used, your level of trust/believe in the network, long/short term investor, etc. I say so cause for some people who have seen it all on the Bitcoin network it's always a good time to buy, and whichever time they buy and whatever happens afterwards, they don't panic, be it a plunge, dump or a correction phase, they just watch it like an old movie they have rewatch countless times.

On my opinion it's a good time to buy right now. Prices are at a good level compared to last year for entering the market again. This is my opinion and nobody can give you a bulletproof answer here, even the best predictions can be wrong from time to time. It's good to ask yourself how much one Bitcoin is worth, for me it's close to 100,000 USD, that's why buying right now seems cheap to me. The dip we are in right now is not a crypto problem but rather a general problem across all financial securities. Also last year prices didn't go below 30,000 USD. I believe that barrier will hold this year too. The biggest risk would be another covid mutation coming out, or a war by Russia, China or USA, that could send prices much lower.

If you are asking if btc already hit bottom and from here on now is uptrend, nobody can be able to tell you in other for you to make the decision to buy now or wait later, you know your target and should know whether you want to buy at this price or not,
Although I don't see what's stopping you from buying now except you have a short-term target, otherwise buying some percentage now (even if not buy all at once) is not a bad idea, the market can reverse now or still correct down, it is not that easy to tell, the decision is yours.

determining when to buy when the market price continues to decline is very difficult because we all don't know how long the market price will continue to decline, discussions to buy some coins have existed in the last few months when the market experienced a decline but until now the market is still same which means that it is difficult to determine the lowest point of the price drop to be able to buy.

for bitcoin at this time, there has been a very far price correction since it reached its new ATH last year, from what happened in the past, in my opinion, sooner or later the price of bitcoin is always able to recover, so at the current price I think it is very good to buy because I believe that the market price will recover someday and return to its peak price.

I think the spike around $32k has caused some slow down in the bear. As to when exactly to go back to hodl depends on the believe of the hodler looking at the surrounding factor and one is if bitcoin at this point can drop below $30k and if the bull is going to resume anytime soon. make sense for a long term holder. we see it dip this low and it's very close to the RSI oversold point which is already a good time to buy. wait for another 6 months i think you can already profit from it. BTC will be great and many altcoin lovers have bought already the tokens they are rooting to moon in the next bullrun.

The market is now starting to look good and now the bitcoin price is at $37.8K compared to last week price which fell to $33K, but in my opinion, the market hasn't fully improved at this time so the possibility of a price correction could still occur anytime , the many negative sentiments in the market that are happening right now make bitcoin a little difficult to get up, the prohibition by Russia and also the sentiment of monetary tightening carried out by the FED makes bitcoin experience a strong emphasis and it is difficult to predict where the price will go next, but if indeed you believe the decline in the price of bitcoin will no longer continue to the lowest point, of course this is your opportunity to buy, but I suggest you should install a different entry price  on the market in order to get bitcoin at the lowest price later.
