I like what you said here, a mindset of an investor who's willing to take risk and embrace what lies in the future of Bitcoin. It really takes guts if we have a goal that we want to achieve. We know many of us cant hold for long because of the temptation to take profit already especially if you're only relying on your income in crypto. actually when talking about investment (not only bitcoin) of course everything must be ready to take risks because it cannot be separated and can be said to be one of the important aspects that must be considered. That's why investments must be made with a mature mind and money that is not used for a certain period of time and must be prepared to lose when investing in crypto.

1 bitcoin is a pretty big value for now even though now the bitcoin price is down at 38k it's still a high price.
Under these circumstances to get 1 btc is very difficult for individuals, because the value is relatively high.
but if you already have 1 btc it becomes a tremendous gift, if we can read the market analysis we can get a fairly large profit in the form of short-term investments.

Well I’m glad that you seem to realize how risky bitcoin is ( or any other cryptocurrency is for that matter) but congrats on saving up 1 bitcoin coin! 

As for which wallet to choose I personally would go with either a Trezor (model T is my favorite) or Cold Card, these tend to be the two most highly respected hardware wallets.

Yes indeed some people only pay attention to bitcoin price movements, when bitcoin is expensive they complain because they don't buy it. When bitcoin goes down they also complain because they buy on ATH.
Actually they could do much more than that, if they could invest better, not just looking at the profits. It is true, when we invest profit is what we want to get. But with so much complaining, I'm not sure I'll make a profit.

There's always an excuse but people like OP is doing it correctly silently and winning their own battle.

Those that always get to say something and keep on reasoning, they're the ones that will always find a fault for them to stop investing. And when they see that the market is ripening again, they'll regret it.

It's a never-ending cycle that they have to determine through themselves and see that the fault is in them.

These individuals are new to the market and are investing without sufficient knowledge because they are afraid of losing their money in small dumps. Whenever something happens with bitcoin, almost everyone is quick to voice their dissatisfaction. What people should do is think about making money in the long run and attempting to predict the future of bitcoin, rather than just looking at things over a short period of time and then complaining about them. Bitcoin's long-term prospects are extremely promising; therefore, don't just look around you; instead, look far ahead.

I admire your level of enthusiasm toward Bitcoin and the risk involve. However, it is not possible for Bitcoin to crash to 0 prices not even now that the major investors are the institution and organization.

Now that I have one Bitcoin, I need to cherish it. My next move will be transferring it from an exchange to a cold wallet (Ledger, perhaps?)

Ledger is the worse recommended hardware wallet but you need to understand how to secure it and also avoid the human error which could expose the wallet to online theft.
In the meantime, congratulations on accumulating a full Bitcoin which is the dream of every crypto enthusiast.

Congratulations on reaching your goal OP. It might not seem much to many of us but congratulations. Many noobs will never reach one bitcoin so good for you. As time passes it might be difficult for some people to even reach 0.1 bitcoin. Try & save more, keep stacking, you can never have too much bitcoin.

I also have my 1 bitcoin in 2020. It was a difficult time for me because there was a lot of economic pressure which forced me to sell my bitcoin. too bad because collecting it all is not easy. I have experienced gains and losses in trading. but I remain optimistic, collecting more bitcoins now is not something impossible.

Just like many,you have bought BTC only for the sake of making more money(getting rich quick).
There's nothing wrong with that,but:
1.You won't get rich quick.
2.Satoshi didn't create Bitcoin for this purpose(This will always bother me,but there's nothing I can do).

It was just okay with you OP to see your Bitcoin become $0 but for me, it's a NO. Your willingness to take risks brings you and helps you get 1 BTC in your hand which is somewhat difficult for me for I was a little bit worried about the incoming and afraid always to see my assets become $0 that's why I often sell instead of holding it. Maybe I was wrong but that is how I manage my funds and make a profit from them.

That your words could inspire holders, probably long-term holders but to a person like me, short-term holders, that gonna be hard.

Yes it is, owning one bitcoin is considered as a big achievement for OP's hardwork.Not everyone can make and own one bitcoin because of its expensive price.Maybe its easy for the rich people to own one btc because they can afford to buy it but not for the average people who just started earning and investing in bitcoin.They need a lot of harwork and patience in order to achieve it.
