1saleaday.com is very legit.
I'm good friends with the CEO, Ben Federman and we go gun shopping from time to time. I'm Director of Operations for DailyCheckout.com so we sell goods to each other back and forth, I can personally vouch for his products.

What about the stated 90 days warranty?
The majority knows that OEM means NO WARRANTY.
If there is warranty, who is responsible?

and with the 7xxx series almost available, i would just wait for it. As the new cards are built on 28nm and should have significant power savings over this.

With his other products either the warranty is with him or the manufacturer. Its highly possible that these are warrantied by 1saleaday or by the manufacturer, email their support to find out.

It would be smoking when it got fried and no warranty.
I just sent them a message asking about warranty.

That looks like as good as or better then Newegg's Black Friday deal, a 5970 for $300 IIRC.

LOL I doubt 1saleaday is running a mining corp. I had lunch with Ben, the owner,  a few weeks ago, and when I brought up Bitcoin he said "I already download movies on BitTorrent for free, why do I need Bitcoin"

He probably got these as store returns from Best Buy or something

just read some reviews on 1saleaday.com. The reviews are VERY scary.
A few people bought the 5850 deals from last time, and a lot of them are saying it is used or simply don't work, even though it stated "NEW".
I am staying away.

If he did indeed get them as store returns, it is fraudulent for him to sell these to people marked as new. They have to be listed as used unless refurbished by the manufacturer, and then they still can't be sold as a new item. Your friend is opening himself up to many lawsuits if he is located in the US.

Ah, you misunderstood. I didnt mean a customer returned the product, I mean the store returned the product to the distributor or vendor. Its commonly known as reverse logistics.

I think he knows what he's doing Wink Probably one of the largest deal a day retailers in the us.

BS ! Yankee has a good reputation here. It's a lot easier to write a bad review than to run a company...

Avoid both people? Who the hell are you to call me vermin? I think my reputation here speaks for itself.

The CEO of that company is Ben Federman and he is a personal friend of mine.
If anyone on this forum orders anything from 1saleaday.com and has any issues whatsoever I wil personally take the matter to him and resolve it.

You should just stop talking now.

Thanks  Grin

It's true, think about it. He ships over 5,000 boxes a day, even if he gets 1 bad review from those 5,000 his whole reputation is tainted.

An 8.2 out of 10 ratings is excellent, http://www.resellerratings.com/store/1_Sale_a_Day
